Inspection Report Images
Inspection Reports will now include the image of a violation directly within the report. This enhancement streamlines the review process for you and your board members by consolidating all violations into a single location. There's no longer a need to click into each violation to view the associated image.
Note: Only the Primary Image of each violation will be included in the Inspection Report. The primary image is the last image uploaded on a violation.
Want to set your inspection report to include images? Navigate to Association > Settings > CCR > Inspection Report with Images and select Yes.
New Vantaca Login Page
Vantaca’s Login Page has received an update! This enhanced user experience offers improved visibility for pre-login messages and introduces a fresh new look and feel to Vantaca.
GL Entry Line Description
You can now include Line Descriptions for both one-time and recurring GL Entries. This feature enables you to communicate entry details directly within Vantaca
Once added, a GL Entry Line Description is visible on the GL Research Screen. The GL Entry Line Description will be visible in addition to the overall GL description
Vantaca Corrections
Mailing Name Override
Fixed the issue where the Mailing Name Override field was not included in Third Party Mailings.
Portal Invoice Approval
Fixed the issue where invoices were being approved after being individually unchecked to be removed from the approval batch after a board member used the select all feature on the Invoice Approval Screen in Modern Portal.
Bankruptcy Payments
Fixed an issue where lockbox payments that were moved to bankruptcy displayed the check number description on all lockbox payments in the same file.
Orphan Emails
Fixed an issue where additional spacing before and after the email address was preventing emails from being linked to the correct homeowner account.
Inspection Review
Fixed an issue where action item notes on the Inspection Review screen were being delimited.
Vantaca IQ
Removal of Auto-Stepping - Released on 3/1
All Action Item Activity tools will no longer include auto-stepping counts, providing a more transparent and reliable representation of your team's performance.
Vantaca Home
Custom Pages Available in Vantaca Home
Your Custom Pages are now available in Vantaca Home. Any custom pages you had in Modern or Classic Portal are now visible to the assigned parties within Home.
In addition to the custom page functionality that previously allowed you to create and update custom pages within your portal, you now have the added ability to create pre-login custom pages. To create a pre-login custom page, navigate to Association > Portal Pages and select “Everyone” when choosing “Visibility” for the page you are creating.
Custom Pages will retain the following customizable elements:
- Web Page (Sets the menu item name that displays on the Lefthand Navigation Menu in Vantaca Home) – Only Modifiable by you, the management company.
- Page Title (Sets the page title)
- Page Path (sets the page URL path) - Only Modifiable by you, the management company.
- Visibility (controls who can see the page, including whether or not it’s available to everyone pre-login)
- Body Content (Sets the content of the page)
Refundable Deposits Will Not Be Reflected in Account Balances
Since Refundable Deposits are made with the intention of the amount paid being returned to the Homeowner in the future, Refundable Deposits will not be factored into a Homeowner’s Account Balance. This prevents homeowners from mistakenly perceiving they have a credit or a reduced balance that does not accurately reflect their true account status.
Integrated Bank Auto-Draft: Bank Account Number Validation
When a homeowner enrolls in Auto-Draft on Vantaca Home, their account number will undergo validation to ensure it meets specific input parameters, such as: minimum and maximum length, absence of spaces, and containing only alphanumeric characters. A user will receive an error message if these parameters are not met. This measure aims to decrease the chances of auto-draft failure caused by incorrectly entered account numbers.
Vantaca Pay
Payment Methods Invalidated Due to Dispute
If a homeowner disputes a payment through their bank, then that payment method is invalidated to ensure no incorrect future use occurs. To eliminate confusion around invalidated payment methods, the payment method will be removed from a homeowner’s saved payment methods. If the homeowner wishes to re-use the payment method for future payments, then they will need to manually re-add the payment method to re-authorize its use.
