GL Entry Import

The "GL Beginning Balance Import" has been renamed to "GL Entry Import" This enhanced feature now enables the import of various GL Entry types beyond just beginning balances. Additionally, with the introduction of the new GL Line Description field, users can now create custom descriptions for imported items, facilitating clearer documentation of the reasons behind each GL Entry. The ability to import all GL Entries is intended to help you streamline the onboarding of new communities and homeowners. 

GL Entry Report

Once added the GL Line Description is viewable on the GL Entry Report for a more complete view of your community’s financials.

Action Item Lifecycle

Introducing Vantaca IQ's latest feature: the Action Item Lifecycle tool, now available on the Association analytics page in IQ. With this tool, you can gain invaluable insights into how effectively your action items are driving productivity and efficiency within your communities. Here's what you can do with it:

• Track Progress: Easily monitor how long an action item typically remains in a specific step with the bar chart on the left. This feature aids in identifying bottlenecks and projecting the average time an item takes to progress through its lifecycle. You have the flexibility to view averages in days, minutes, or hours, allowing you to choose the timeframe that provides the most actionable insights.
• Current Status Overview: Get a snapshot of the number of open items in each step today through the donut chart on the right. Need more details about the items in a specific step? Simply click on the step to access a detailed list of items currently in progress.

We've streamlined the setup for Association and Employee comparison tools, by introducing a "Select All" option on comparison tools for associations and employees. This enhancement enables you to swiftly filter, select, and access the specific information you’re looking for.

Enhancing Accuracy of Invoice Coding Time

The Invoice tool on your Business Dashboard has been refined to provide a more precise "Average Time In Data Entry Step." Instead of calculating from when an invoice enters the "Complete Data Entry" step, it now calculates from when the employee initiates coding the invoice. 

This measurement is automatically displayed in minutes, hours, or days as necessary, ensuring easy readability.

Owner Refund Missing Previous Owner Address 

Fixed issue with owner refunds where the mailing address for previous owners was not being displayed when they were selected as refund recipients. 

GL Entry Line Description Not Populating in Reversal Entry 

Fixed an issue related to the new GL Line Description where the field was not populating the original line description when doing a reversal. 

eStatement Generating for All mailing addresses 

Fixed issue with e-statements generating for all mailing addresses and not the primary mailing address.

Vantaca.NET is not applying maps link to workorders  

Fixed issue with Action Item Location Map URL losing latitude and longitude when stepping a work order in .Net that had been created in the mobile app with the location saved.

Admin Role Not Able to Step Action Item Correctly  

Fixed issue with Admin role not able being able to step action items correctly.  

Homeowner Charge Tag Import Issue 

Fixed issue with homeowner charge tags being removed when importing additional charge tags for a community
