System Activity Notes – Action Items Steps

Vantaca will add system activity notes when an Action Type is added, edited or deleted from the Settings>Action Types/Steps screen.

Warning of Auto Loop Configuration on Action Item

When configuring an action item, Vantaca will warn you upon selecting Update of the rule if an auto-looping situation is being created. If the Action Item step that is being created will auto step into an infinite loop of the same step, then a message will pop up as a warning helping to prevent the infinite looping of a step.

Ampersand (&) Symbol in Invoice Subject Displaying as &ampFixed an issue where ampersand (&) symbol became &amp in service provider invoice subject lines of the invoice.
Amenity Calendar Error “The Action Type Field is Required”Fixed an issue with the Amenity Calendar reservation error on the owner portal not being tied to an action type to be created.

Fixed an issue with adding New GL Group range for an association caused an error “overlap of range” message even if no range being used.

Homeowner Communication Export Window Not Closing 

Fixed an issue when clicking using the System>Export the pop up window would not close automatically after clicking update.

GL Display on Credit Memo Page Not Using Association Override Description 

Fixed an issue GL description did not override to match association GL description when it was being setup for the GL.

Override GL on Recurring Homeowner Credits 

Fixed an issue when using Recurring Homeowner Credits and an Override GL the GL entries were not posting correctly.

Contains Search on Service Provider Compliance Group Column 

Fixed an issue where filtering was not working for the Compliance Group column on the Service Provider List.

Auto-Draft Payment Allows Payment to Post into a Closed Fiscal Period 

Fixed an issue for invoices with the pay type Auto Draft where a payment date could be chosen in a closed fiscal period.
