Express Pay is Vantaca Pay's streamlined payment solution that delivers a quick and convenient way for homeowners to make payments. It follows strict security protocols to ensure all payments are processed safely and securely.
Note: Express Pay is available only through text to homeowners who receive text message payment reminders.
Your association homeowners can use Express Pay to easily and securely make payments directly from their payment reminder text message. For more information about using Express Pay, see the "How do I use Express Pay?" article.
Management companies must enable Express Pay, which will apply to all of your associations, and then individual homeowners must opt-in.
To enable Express Pay for your management company:
- Navigate to Settings > Interfaces > Vantaca Pay.

Click Edit.
The Edit Interface Data screen opens.

Select Sms Integration.
This enables text messaging for the entire management company and all of it's associations.
Note: When Express Pay is enabled for the association, homeowners can enroll through the Recurring Payment Onboarding Modal that displays immediately after log in. If homeowners choose to Set Up Later (snooze), they receive an Express Pay enrollment prompt as an alternative to automatic payments.
