Enable Express Pay

Express Pay is Vantaca Pay's streamlined payment solution that delivers a quick and convenient way for homeowners to make payments. It follows strict security protocols to ensure all payments are processed safely and securely.

Note: Currently, Express Pay is available only through text to homeowners who receive text message payment reminders. Vantaca is rolling out Express Pay on an ongoing basis.

Your association home owners can use Express Pay to easily and securely make payments directly from their payment reminder text message. For more information about using Express Pay, see the "Vantaca Pay: Express Pay" article.

Management companies must enable Express Pay, which will apply to all of your associations, and then individual homeowners must opt-in.

To enable Express Pay for the company:

1. Navigate to Settings > Interfaces > Vantaca Pay.
2. Click Edit.
   The Edit Interface Data screen opens.
3. Select Sms Integration.
   This enables text messaging for the entire management company and all of it's associations.
