Revenue Manager provides management companies with comprehensive monitoring capabilities through the Status page. Use this page to monitor import processes, track billing job execution, and troubleshoot any issues that occur during Revenue Manager operations.
The Status tab includes the following two areas for monitoring different aspects of Revenue Manager operations:
- Imports: Monitor the status of external charge imports and download error details for failed imports.
- Jobs: Track charge generation and posting job execution with detailed status information.

Imports Page
Use the Imports page to monitor the status of external admin billing charge imports. This includes both Admin Billing Charges by Amount and Admin Billing Charges by Quantity import types that are processed through the import functionality.
The Imports page table shows import attempts that have failed completely or partially. Each row represents a specific import process with detailed status information and error details.
The Imports table includes the following columns (with sorting and filtering capabilities):
- Import Type: Type of import (Admin Billing Charges by Amount or Admin Billing Charges by Qty).
- Status: Current status of the import (Committed, Failed, Processing, Reversed, etc.)
- Committed On: When the import was attempted

Error Details: Shows how many error were included in the import. Click the Spreadsheet icon
to download detailed error information in an Excel file.
Import Error Details and Downloads
When imports fail, detailed error information is available so you can view how many errors exist in each import.
If your import contains errors, the system:
- Logs detailed error information for both import by amount and import by quantity scenarios.
- Captures import failures with specific error messages and import identifiers.
- Provides tracking of charges that fail validation during the import process.
This allows you to identify and resolve import issues and prevent incomplete imports from going unnoticed. For example, if imported external charges don't match charge types configured in an association's admin contract, users can now identify these mismatches.
Click the Spreadsheet icon to download a detailed Excel spreadsheet error report that contains the failed records with specific error descriptions, making it easier to identify and correct import issues before resubmitting. For example:

Jobs Page
Use the Jobs page to monitor charge generation and posting job execution within Revenue Manager. It provides visibility into the status of both admin fee and management fee processing jobs, displaying information about billing job execution including successful completions and any failures that occur during the generation or posting process.
The jobs table includes many columns that you can add or hide as needed (with sorting and filtering capabilities), including:
- Job Type: Type of job performed (Assign Template, Post Invoices, or Generate Charges).

Status: Current job status with visual indicators:
- Processing: Job is currently running (may appear for extended periods).
- Success: Job completed successfully without errors.
- Partial Success: Job completed but some associations succeeded while others failed.
- Failed: Encountered errors during execution and could not complete.
- Generation Method: How the job was initiated (Manual, Auto-Post, or Auto-Generate).
- Association Count: The number of associations included in the job. Click this number to open the Job Details screen.
- Error Details: Shows error count.
Job Details Screen
The Job Details screen helps you identify which associations processed successfully and which may have encountered errors during the job execution.
Click the Association Count number to open the Job Details screen where you can see detailed information about the associations processed in that job.
Note: The Association Count number link is only available when the job status is not processing.

This screen includes:
- Job Summary: A summary of the information included in the job.
- Results by Association: Shows the job information for each association in the job.
- Export: Click to export the Results by Association information in an Excel spreadsheet.
Important: Failed imports remain in the table for historical tracking and troubleshooting purposes. Error badges provide immediate visual feedback about system status.
