Revenue Manager provides management companies with an intuitive experience for managing their corporate billing, charges, management fees, administrative fees, and contracts in one central location. Use Revenue Manager to perform corporate accounting in Vantaca using the same systems and processes that you use to manage your associations.
To use Revenue Manager:

Make sure you have all necessary active contracts in place and add any new contracts by following the "Revenue Manager: Contracts" article.

Access
To open Revenue Manager, navigate to Management > Revenue Manager.

Revenue Manager includes the following tabs and depending on the one you select, the information in the resulting page differs (explained in the corresponding section of the related article).

Billing: Use the Admin Fees and Management Fees pages to process your corporate billing. See the "Revenue Manager: Billing" article.

Contracts: Manage your Management and Admin contracts in this section. See the "Revenue Manager: Contracts" article.

Configuration: Use this page to set up your management company service provider, and view your funds, charges, and company information. See the "Revenue Manager: Setup" article for more information and instructions.
Grid Navigation
Grids include the following navigation and filtering options:

Column Titles (1):

Click the Column Title to sort.
- Removed the legacy Hamburger/Elipses icons and moved options into the Gear (settings) icon.

Filtering options (2):
- Enter criteria in the filter field of the desired columns to show information related only to that criteria in the grid.

Click the Filter icon to open a menu where you can enter criteria and select different options to determine if the results should Contain/ Not Contain, Equal/Not Equal, Begin/End with the criteria or is Blank/Not Blank.

Refresh (3) icon: Click to refresh the screen and access updated information (such as Status changes on some screens).

Gear (settings) icon (4): Click the Gear icon to select the various grid-wide settings.

User Interaction Features
The Revenue Manager consolidated display keeps the grid clean while maintaining full access to all charge history for any association.
Pending Charges
Pending amounts display (in blue) in the Pending amount column.

Click the pending amount to open the Pending Charges Detail screen and view detailed charge information.

Posting History
You can view all charges for an association in a consolidated, expandable row format to quickly see summary information while still having access to detailed charge history when needed. For more information, see the Admin Subsequent Generation and Posting Differences section in the "Revenue Manager: Billing" article.
Click the carat icon next to an association to view previous postings (Admin Fee section only).

The previous postings display:

Invoice Documents
Click the PDF or Excel icons in the same row to open or download corresponding documents.

Expanded View
The expanded state remains after opening documents.
Revenue Trends Tool
The Revenue Trends performance tool within Vantaca IQ lets you track fee revenue over time while monitoring critical revenue streams, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions regarding fee structures and financial performance.
