OLD FAQ - What do the dots mean during an Inspection?

When performing a mobile violation inspection, you may have noticed different colored dots next to Property addresses or while using the Map feature. What do those dots and symbols mean? 

• Black - A Black dot is the default. There are no "special" open action items on this property address.
• Blue- A Blue dot means there is a Work Order category action item currently open for this property. They are likely having repairs or issues. 
• Green - A Green dot means there is an ARC category action item currently open for this property. If you see construction, and have a Green dot, they may be proceeding before getting approval. It may be worth investigating.
• Red - A Red dot means there is a Violation category action item currently open for this property. If you see a red dot, it is wise to reinspect that property.
• ! - An Exclamation Point (!) means there is a Closing category action item currently open for this property. Either the current owners are leaving, or have just moved in.
