The Vantaca Home mobile app provides homeowners with a mobile experience to complete the most common interactions with their HOA. Users can log in using biometrics or a password, make payments, enroll in Auto-Draft and push notifications, submit and view the status of requests and reservations, view messages, and perform Architectural Review Committee (ARC) board actions (if they are a board member).

App Log In and Authentication
Homeowners should download the Vantaca Home app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store. The app will show the following icon (unless the management company rebranded it to use its own logo):
Homeowners do not need to create a new login or authentication and should use the same username and password that logs them into the browser. If homeowners cannot remember their login, they must make changes through the browser version of Vantaca Home (as mentioned on the Login screen).
To log in to the Vantaca Home mobile app for the first time:
- Open the app and the Login screen displays.
- Provide the following information:
- User Name: Enter your Vantaca username.
- Password: Enter your Vantaca password.
- Tap Log In.
The Enable Face or Touch ID screen displays.
- To skip biometrics, tap Maybe Later (you can enable them later through Settings > Biometric Log In) and go to step 6.
OR
To enable biometrics, tap Enable and follow the rest of this procedure.
Note: You must have biometrics activated and set up on your device to enable them for this app. - Follow the prompts for Face or Fingerprint ID depending on which is enabled for your device.
After the biometrics is complete, the Select Management Company screen displays. - If you belong to more than one management company, select your management company, and tap Continue. If you belong to only one management company skip this step.
Your dashboard displays.
After your first successful log in, if you have enabled biometrics, the biometrics screen pops up when you first open the app allowing you a quick and easy way to get to your dashboard.
Enable Biometrics
To enable biometrics after your first log in:
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the Hamburger menu at the top of the screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Enable Biometric Log In.
Enable Push Notifications
A push notification is a small pop-up message that shows on your device even if the Home mobile app is closed. It may appear on your lock screen, banners, or notification center for real-time updates, reminders, etc.
You can configure different push notification preferences for each device that you use.
The first time you log into your device after push notification functionality becomes available, the following screen displays:
Note: You may have to update to the latest version. Currently push notifications are for payment reminders only. They will be used for other notification types in the future.
To enable push notifications:
- Click Enable.
OR
Click Maybe Later to go straight to your dashboard. You can enable push notifications later through Settings > Allow Notifications. - Click Allow on the Vantaca Home wants to send you push notifications prompt.
The Settings screen displays. - Enable the Allow Notifications toggle (you can disable this setting at any time).
The next time you receive a notification it displays on your device.
Example:
- Tap the push notification to go to the Home mobile area to complete the task associated with the notification.
Example: In this case, the associated Express payment screen displays where you can continue the Express Pay process.
Dashboard
After homeowners log in to Vantaca Home, the Dashboard displays to provide an overview of their account.
The following sections are available by default:
- Payments
- Recent Requests
- Recent Reservations
- Messages
Multiple Accounts
Use the Account Selector at the top of the screen (on all Vantaca Home pages) to switch between multiple accounts.
Payments
Use the Payments section to:
- Sort through multiple ledgers using the directional arrows.
- Make a payment by clicking Make a Payment.
- View upcoming charge information.
- Enroll or Unenroll in Auto-Draft by clicking the provided link.
- View additional account details.
Recent Requests
Use the Recent Requests section, to:
- Submit a new request by clicking New Request.
- Select an individual request or click View All Requests to redirect to the Community Request > My Items page where you can view additional request information.
Recent Reservations
Use the Recent Reservations section to:
- View recent amenity reservations and their current status.
- Create a new reservation by clicking New Reservation.
- View the Community and Amenity Calendar.
Messages
Use the Recent Messages section to:
- View your most recent messages.
- View all messages on your account by clicking View All.
Profile Settings
The Profile Settings screen provides centralized access to your account information, notification preferences, and app settings.
To access the Profile and Settings screen, tap the Menu icon (hamburger menu), and then Profile.
The Profile and Settings screen displays your account information including:
- Name
- Email address
- Property information
- Account status
From this screen you can add and edit contacts, change your password, change directory preferences, sign up for text message reminder, etc in the same way as in the web app. For information about how to use this page, see the "Vantaca Home: Profile Settings Page" article.
