Access the ARC Management Page

To access the ARC Management page:

Note: Your management company may have changed the name of this page.

1. Open the Vantaca Home mobile app.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Tap the Hamburger menu to open the navigation menu.
   
   
   
    
4. Tap Board ARCs. 
   Note: If you do not see the Board ARCs menu option, contact your management company to ensure that they followed the setup for board roles and you have the correct permissions enabled.
   
   The ARC Management page opens an embedded mobile view (there is no left navigation) where you can see and perform the same functionality as the browser version.
   Example of an open ARC request in the Home mobile app:
   
   
   
    
   • Search, filter, and view all open items.
   • View closed items, and my/not-my items.
   • Select an ARC Request.
   • Read and write messages, and open, download, and attach documents.
     Note: If you add a message when voting on an open ARC, there is a 500 character limit.
   • View, add, and remove votes, etc.

FAQ

Q: Can board members view other Board Actions besides ARCs on the Vantaca Home mobile app?

A: No, ARCs are currently the only item within Board Actions available in the Vantaca Home mobile app. To review and take action on other items within Board Actions, board members need to use either:

• The mobile web version of Vantaca Home, or
• The desktop version of Vantaca Home
