Summary: This mobile app will deliver a fully functional payment experience for Homeowners. The features include Third Party Integration payments, Auto-Draft enrollment and status, downloading statements, and viewing payment history.
The Payments page is used to View All Accounts, View Account History, and Manage Auto-Draft.
Making a Payment
Whether you are using Vantaca Pay or a Third-Party Payment provider, making a payment has never been easier. From the Payments Widget on the Dashboard or Account Overview Page, the Payment Button will be visible.
Notes on this button:

Button will be customizable when association has a single payment option.

If an association has multiple payment options (Bank and Credit Card), the default button content will be Make a Payment, and other options will be available in a sub option.
Selecting any payment button will take the user to their association’s payment provider.
Enrolling for Auto-Draft
1. On both the Payment Widget and the Account Overview page, users can see the content “Auto-Draft: Enroll” or “Auto-Draft: Enrolled edit” which will take you to the Auto-Draft page.
2. Provide information for the following fields in the Enroll form for Auto-Draft

Start Month

Field will allow you to select the current month only if today’s date is before Auto-Draft file generation date.

If today’s date is after the current month’s generation date, the earliest enrollment month is the next month.

Account Type

Bank Routing Number
-
Bank Name
-
Bank Account Number

Confirm Account Number
-
eSignature
3. Click Enroll to complete your Auto-Draft Enrollment.
Account History
1. Select Details (from the Payments widget) or Payments (from the navigation) to access the Account Overview Screen.
2. This screen allows you to see all merged accounts and subledgers and the last 30 days of activity.
3. To download a full statement, select the Download Statement button on the right of the screen for the specific account you want, and add the statement criteria:

Type
-
Duration
4. Select the Download button.
5. If you wish to see a full history, but not download a statement, you can select the “All Account History” button within that account’s section.
Statements can be downloaded from this screen as well.
