A: The Home mobile app became live for homeowners in July 2024.

A: Yes, this app is available for homeowners using iOS and Android.

A: Yes! Board members can complete all ARC functionality in the mobile app as they do in the browser. For more information, see the "Vantaca Home Mobile Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Board Actions" article.
Q: How can homeowners find the app on the app stores?
A: Vantaca Home is available on the AppStore and Android as Vantaca Home. Look for the following App icon.
Note: Management Companies can now rebrand the app using their own logo. Talk to your management company about what to look for in the app stores.
Q: Is there an additional cost for management companies to use the Home mobile app?
A: Vantaca Home Mobile will not increase the subscription cost for Management companies.

A: The Vantaca Home mobile app will carry over all custom content on the feature pages. Management companies do not need to update or set any new content specifically for Vantaca Mobile.
Q: Will Vantaca be adding features to this app?
A: Yes! Continuing to add valuable feature sets that positively impact homeowners and Board members is a priority to Vantaca. We will be updating this app continuously, so be on the lookout for other improvements.
Q: Does the Home mobile app support push notifications?
A: Yes, homeowners can enable the app's Settings > Allow Notifications toggle to receive payment reminders and other important account push notifications directly on their mobile devices. This setting is device-specific, so you can have different settings on different devices.
