Follow these instructions to log in to the Vantaca Lockbox (partnered with iRemit) for the first time.
When iRemit creates a user account for you, you receive an email that includes your temporary password
and PIN (your user ID is provided separately) and a unique URL to the Vantaca lockbox.
Example email:
- Click the URL in the email.
The Vantaca Lockbox Login screen opens. - Enter your username and password (case sensitive), and then click Next.
- The PIN screen displays where you must input the Temporary PIN from the email by clicking the numbers on the on-screen keypad with your mouse and then clicking Login.
Note: For security reasons, the numbers are intentionally out-of-order. - Enter the passcode sent in a separate email, and then click Next.
- Change your temporary information and answer a security question:
- Current Password and Current Login PIN: Enter the temporary credentials emailed to you by iRemit.
- New Password and New Login PIN: Enter a new permanent password and Login PIN.
- Security Question: Select a security question from the list.
- Security Answer: Enter the answer.
- Click OK to open the Login screen where you can log in with your new credentials.After the first time, you can log in to the Vantaca Lockbox using your new credentials and a passcode
provided to you each time.
