You may need to research transactions to find information (for example, for an exception).
Follow these steps to research transactions:

Log in to Vantaca Lockbox using the credentials provided to you (username, password, and PIN).
Note: The first time you log in, you must reset your password and PIN. For more information, see the "Log in to Vantaca Lockbox" article. - Navigate to Batch > Research.
The Research screen displays.
- Filter the transactions using any field tracked for the account, and then click Search.
The results display below the search criteria section. - To view a transaction image, select the transaction and then click View Image.
The View Research Image screen displays the selected transaction image.
OR
To view all transaction images, select all images and then click View Image.
The View Research Image screen displays, and you can use the Previous and Next arrows to navigate through the images.
