Summary: This article will explain how to pull a transaction history report for an entire association.
First you can select the association you want to pull the report for by going to Association > Association List > and clicking the Select button on the association needed. You can also select the association by clicking the Reports button and then choosing the association from the drop-down at the top of the Reports window.
In the Reports window, find the Homeowner category. Within that Homeowner section, you can Run the Transaction History By Association report which will generate a Homeowner Transaction History report for all current owners in the selected association.
Once you click Run to open the report, you can select your custom Beginning and Ending dates for the Transaction History Report and then click the Preview button to return your results for the selected time frame. You can also change the parameters to include Current Owners Only, All Previous Owners, or Previous Owners w/ Balance; again clicking Preview to repopulate your list.
You can change pages by manually entering a page number or by pressing the next page button at the top of the Transaction History report window. You can download all pages of the report by clicking the download button at the top of that window and choosing the "Acrobat (PDF) file" option.
