ARC Requests Tab

To view property ARC requests, navigate to the desired property and tap the ARC Requests tab.

Note: Remember that properties with open ARCs will include a purple ARC tag with the number of open ARCs.

The tab opens to show a list of open ARC Requests for the property.

On this tab, you can:

• Property Information: View property information such as full address and owner name and contact details that the ARC requests are tied to.
• Search: Enter an XN to search for a specific action item quickly.
• Sort: Tap to open the Sort by menu at the bottom of the screen where you can select to sort by Descending or Ascending.
• Status: Click All, Open, or Closed to see the related ARC requests by status.

Tap an ARC Request to open it.

Here you can:

• View the information in the request: ACC Type, Current Step, Description, and Subject.
• Tap to open the ARC History and view the steps the ARC has completed.
• Tap attachments to open them.
