You can sometimes restore mistakenly deleted system fields. You can use undelete to undo a mistake or temporarily make something inactive, such as a bank account with a low balance that you don't want to be used in error.
Undeletable Fields
At this time, the following data types can be undeleted as long as they were deleted within the last 30 days (for the data types in bold):
Note: Users require the Delete permission for each data type in order for the Undeletebutton to display.
- Service Providers
- Required permission: Settings > Roles > Service Provider
- Undeleting creates a system activity note.
- Bank Accounts
- Required permission: Settings > Roles > Bank Accounts
- Undeleting creates an association activity note.
- Associations
- Required permission: Settings > Roles > Association
- Undeleting will create a system activity note.
- Homeowners
- Required permission: Settings > Roles > Homeowners
- Undeleting will create a system activity note.
- Note: Undoes the deletion of both the homeowner and their property
Viewing Deleted Records
To view Deleted records:
- Select the corresponding Include Deleted checkbox on the grid's toolbar:
- On the Service Providers > Service Provider List page, select Include Deleted Providers (Last 30 Days).
- On the Association > Bank Accounts page, select Deleted Accounts.
- On the Association > Association List page, select Include Deleted Associations (Last 30 Days).
- On the Homeowners > Homeowner List page, select Include Deleted Properties (Last 30 Days).
- Click Undelete to undo the deletion.
