Yes, both of these actions can be performed as long as you have the following permissions enabled under Settings > Roles > Homeowner > Homeowner Ledger Advanced Adjustments:
- Refund Recipient
- Refund Address
Adjust Payment
The Refund Recipient and Address for Refund fields on the Adjust Payment form can be used to select or add a new refund recipient and select or add a new address for the refund to be sent to.
Refund Recipient
The Refund Recipient dropdown will display all available recipients for the refund associated with the property, including the homeowner, second owner, or primary tenants. The +Add New Recipient option can be used to input a new recipient for the refund.
- Select the +Add New Recipient option from the Refund Recipient's dropdown options.
- Enter the new recipient's name in the provided field.
- The field supports up to 200 characters.
- Click Add Recipient to complete.
- Note: This recipient's details will not be saved to the account and only viewable on the refund they were added to.
Refund Address
The Refund Address dropdown will display all available addresses associated with the property including any property, mailing, and primary mailing addresses. The +Add New Address dropdown can be used to input a new recipient for the refund.
- Select the +Add New Address option from the Address for Refund's dropdown options.
- Enter the following address information, where applicable:
Bolded fields are required.
- Street No.
- Address Line One
- Address Line Two
- Unit No.
- City
- State
- Zip
- Click Add Address to complete.
- Note: This address's details will not be saved to the account only viewable on the refund the address was used for.
Refund Details
Any change to the refund's recipient or address will be automatically updated throughout Vantaca to accurately display the new information on the check, invoice details, and service provider invoice details.
