Why did we make this update?
As Vantaca Home and Vantaca IQ improved our Community Management Platform, it is a natural continuation to update the user interface (UI) to create a consistent user experience. The UI update represents our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement of the user experience, with a focus on simplicity and intuitiveness. This is one of many strategic product improvements we are making to Vantaca.

When is the new UI available and how will I know?
It is available now! The new UI was available on May 7th, 2024.
All clients were notified and an in-platform guide was provided to help you learn how to turn on the new UI using the toggle at the top of your screen.
When will the classic UI be turned off?
Vantaca will turn off the classic UI on September 30th, 2024. If you haven't yet, we encourage you to get in and start enjoying the added benefits of the new UI early!
How do I adopt the new UI?
A toggle was placed at the top of the screen to enable the new Vantaca UI. This allows you to turn it on and become familiar with it right away or at your convenience:
Why does the training and documentation show the classic UI?
While historical Vantaca training and documentation currently reflect the classic UI, the layout and functionality of the product have not changed so it is still usable. All new training and documentation will sport the new UI. As we plan to deprecate the classic UI, we will make additional updates to historical support information as appropriate.
I enabled the new UI, why does it seem to be the old view again?
The UI toggle at the top of the screen changes the UI a user sees per browser and device. The toggle defaults to the classic UI on all new device/browser combinations. For example, if you enable the new UI on your desktop and then open Vantaca on your phone you will need to enable it on your phone as well because it is a different device.
