Vantaca Community Management Platform

 

New Feature: Association Status

When you create a new association or edit an existing one, the resulting New Association or Edit Association screen now includes a Status dropdown to replace the Live checkbox.

The Status (1) dropdown includes the following options:

  • Onboarding: In the process of setting up this new association.
  • Live: The association is fully functioning and actively managed. This status turns the association on and activates all automated processes, such as sending emails, processing transactions, bank reconciliations, etc. We advise that you select Live only at the beginning of the association contract date.
  • Not Managed: No longer managing the association.

Update Description
New Message Always Send an Email When using the New Message feature to add an XN
note and send an email, emails will always send to
users within the roles regardless of communication
preferences.
Balance Sheet Monthly Comparison Report
Updates

The Reports > Financials > Balance Sheet Monthly Comparison report includes the following formatting updates:

  • The report header shows the complete date range. For instance, instead of November vs December, it now displays as November 30, 2024 vs December 31, 2024.
  • If the report extends beyond one page, a page break is included between Assets and Liabilities.
  • Column headers are visible on all pages.

Update Description

Order of Funds for Income Statement with Codes (Sections) Report

Fixed an issue so the Income Statement with Codes
(Sections) report is ordered using the Fund Order No
and not the Fund ID so it matches what is displayed
on the Association > Funds page.
Master GL Account List Showing Inactive
Accounts

Fixed an issue so the Master GL Account List
report only displays active accounts.
Disappearing GL Entry

Fixed an issue where after a GL entry is created
with missing or incorrect information, and you
continue through the confirmation screens, the
system returns to the GL Entry screen and displays
the current entry so you can make changes
AR Billing Summary

Fixed an issue so the AR Billing Summary screen
shows all generations when filtering the Description
column by lnterest.

Removal of Association Grouping from
Approve Invoices Screen

 Fixed an issue so when you go to the Accounting >
Approve Invoices page, and then remove the
Association grouping, that the various columns
continue to sort correctly.
Word Template Manager Download Fixed an issue so that when navigating to
Settings > Letter Templates > Word Template Manager,
the setup file installs the Template Manager into
Microsoft Word so users can use it within that application.

Update Description

Run Daily Pay Payout Contents Reports
for a Date Range

You can now run the Vantaca Pay Payout report using a specific date range (formerly daily only).

The Vantaca Pay Payout report now includes the Association Name and Payout Date.

AAB Validation File Generation Timeout Fixed an issue for AAB clients so the validation file
does not time out for an extremely large volume
of homeowners.
FCB VendorPay Partial Invoice Payments
Sent Twice		 Fixed an issue so no duplicate payments are sent
for FCB Vendor Pay when paying invoices with
