Budget Export Enhancement for Import Template Consistency |
Updated the budget export functionality to allow users to export budgets in the same format used for importing them. When you click the Export button, the following options display:

Extended Homeowner Unmerge Timeframe |
Homeowners can now unmerge properties that have been merged for less than 2 years (previous limit was 6 months/180 days). This allows users to correct mistakenly merged accounts over a much longer period. The System > Homeowner Merge Log now shows all homeowners merged within the last two years and includes the following new Date Range option: Last 2 years For more information, see the "Homeowner Merge Log and Unmerge" article. |
Role Copy Functionality for Streamlined Role Management |
Added a new Copy button to the Settings > Roles page allowing administrators to duplicate existing roles.

Invoice Board Approval Hierarchy Enhancement |
Modified invoice approvals to prioritize Service Contract settings over Bank Account settings. The priority order is now: Service Contract → Bank Account → Association Setting This change ensures the most specific configuration (Service Contract) always takes precedence. Note: Existing invoices currently in board approval are not affected by this change. For more information, see the "Setting Up Board Approval of Invoices" and "Bank Accounts" articles. |

Budget Spread Report Error |
Fixed a data type conversion issue in the Budget Spread Report that previously prevented users from generating reports. Corrected a backend procedure to properly handle decimal values without conversion errors. This results in fully restored Budget Spread Report functionality and the ability for financial staff to properly analyze budget vs. actual spending patterns. |
Reconciliation Screen Is Equal To Date Filter |
Fixed an issue with the Is Equal To date filter on the Reconciliation screen's book side (Vantaca side). Previously, when filtering transactions by a specific date with this operator, no results appeared even when matching transactions existed. The filter now works properly on both the book and bank sides of the reconciliation screen. |
Recurring Transfer Description |
Fixed an issue in the Accounting > Transfer Funds > Recurring Transfers functionality where descriptions entered when creating or editing recurring transfers were not being saved. The system now keeps the information entered in the description field for both the recurring transfer configuration and generated transactions. |
Report End Date Always Appears on Financial Package Cover Letters |
Enhanced the Report End Date merge tag functionality in financial package cover letters to consistently display the appropriate date in all scenarios.
This improvement ensures that financial package cover letters always display the correct reporting period and managers no longer need to manually enter dates or use workarounds. |
Closed Period Protection for Post Deposits |
Added validation to prevent users from creating Post Deposits in closed fiscal periods on the Accounting > Reconciliation screen to eliminate situations where deposits can be created but not modified in closed periods.

AR Aging Report - Unit Number Sorting |
Fixed an issue so the AR Aging report sorts unit numbers correctly in numerical order. This eliminates the need for workarounds such as adding leading zeros to unit numbers, which could result in incorrect address formatting. |

Activity Notes Attachment Access |
Fixed an issue where attachments in Activity Notes were not opening when accessed from the Current Property tab. Attachments now open correctly from all Activity Notes tabs (Current Property, All Owners, and This Owner), ensuring consistent functionality across the entire Activity Notes interface. |

Action Center Attachment Display

Fixed an issue where the Action Center was displaying incorrect attachments for certain Invoice action items. The Action Center attachment viewer now correctly shows the same attachments that are associated with the original invoice action item, eliminating discrepancies between the Action Center view and the invoice's actual attachments. |

Home Portal Profile Settings Page Update
The Vantaca Home portal Profile Settings page has a new look and feel!
This page includes the following areas:
- Contact Info tab (1): Shows the primary and other contact information for this homeowner. You can add a new address, email, or phone number from this screen.
- Login Info tab (2): Shows the current homeowner profile settings (email and password). Homeowners can change their password on this page.
- Preferences tab (3): Shows communication and homeowner directory preferences.

Enhanced Payment Management Navigation |
Added improved navigation options to help homeowners access payment management features more easily. The Home Portal Dashboard now includes a Manage Payments button in the Payments area, and the Vantaca Pay landing page features a dedicated Manage Your Payments section. Both options provide direct access to the saved and recurring payments management page, making it easier for homeowners to manage their payment methods and recurring payment schedules. Note: These navigation enhancements appear only when Vantaca Pay is enabled for the association. For more information, see the "Vantaca Home Portal - Dashboard Overview". |
| Vantaca Pay Refund Processing | Added the ability for management companies to process Vantaca Pay refunds directly from CMP. This streamlines the refund process by allowing management company employees to initiate refunds through the homeowner ledger instead of requiring support ticket escalation. This update provides management companies with direct control over the refund process while maintaining the security and reliability of existing payment processing systems. Previously, when users were on page 2 or 3 of a document folder and clicked into a different folder, they would remain on the same page number instead of being taken to the first page of the new folder. The system now correctly resets to page 1 when navigating between different document folders and when switching from search results to folder navigation. |

| Search by Property Owner Name | Enhanced the iOS Manage mobile app Inspection > Association List > Properties search with the ability to search by homeowner name. Users can now search by homeowner first and/or last name to quickly locate properties, with the search field displaying as "Search by Address or Owner Name". Properties containing the entered characters will display in a filtered view, allowing users to select the property to view full details. Revenue Manager Posted Charges Export |
Enhanced the Revenue Manager posted charges export functionality by adding additional fields to provide more comprehensive charge information. The export now includes:
This enhancement provides management companies with more detailed information about their admin billing charges, improving transparency and record-keeping capabilities. Note: Transaction Date is populated for External Charges, Ledger Activity Charges, and Action Item charges, but not for Flat Fee charges, which aligns with existing individual invoice report functionality. Revenue Manager Management Fee Invoice Voiding |
Added the ability to void management fee invoices directly within Revenue Manager. This enhancement allows users to void invoices and automatically return the associated charges to pending status for reprocessing. When a management fee invoice is voided, the pending charges that were on the voided invoice reappear as pending amounts, and users can regenerate and repost management fee charges as needed. Status Tab Import Table |
Revenue Manager now includes a Status tab that displays failed import data on it's Imports page. This new page shows Import Type, Status, Committed On (date/time), Error Details, and provides sorting and filtering capabilities. This enhancement improves visibility into import failures for Admin Billing Charges by Amount and Admin Billing Charges by Quantity imports, helping users better track and manage import errors. Excel Export of Import Failures |
Added Excel export functionality for failed imports in Revenue Manager. The Status > Imports table includes an Error Details column that allows users to download detailed error information for failed imports. The exported Excel file contains the failed records along with specific error descriptions, making it easier to identify and correct import issues before resubmitting.

Vantaca IQ introduces a new Payments dashboard that provides it's first Payment Volume by Type tool!
The Payment Volume by Type tool helps management companies analyze payment activity by method type, track Vantaca Pay adoption, and identify opportunities to optimize revenue through payment method preferences. This tool provides insights into both dollar volume and transaction counts across all payment methods used by homeowners in your portfolio.
Click any payment method row to open the specific details screen and view association-level insights.
