When clicking the Paperclip icon on an action item to see an attachment, the system now displays the specifically selected attachment rather than defaulting to the first attachment

When viewing action items with multiple attachments, clicking a specific Paperclip icon now opens that selected attachment for improved workflow efficiency.

Attachment lists are ordered by date added (oldest to newest) for consistent presentation.

Added a new Assessment Balance Comparison by Account report (in the Financials report category) that shows detailed assessment balance information for each homeowner within an association.

This report helps managers identify outstanding balances, prepaid amounts, and potential misallocations between assessment types with a side-by-side comparison format.

• Shows account number, name, total assessments, and individual assessment columns.
• Displays outstanding balances per account and assessment type.
• Includes a totals row and supports PDF and Excel export formats.

When an Admin Billing invoice is voided, the charges that were originally included in that invoice can now be billed again.

• Voided Admin Billing invoices no longer lock the associated charges.
• Charges from voided invoices become available for inclusion in new billing cycles.

Note: If you reverse an import that contains external charges from a voided invoice, the system reverses all non-posted external charges included in that original import batch (not just the charges from the voided invoice).

This behavior ensures data consistency but be aware that other pending charges from the same import may also be affected. While typically not an issue since charges are usually posted simultaneously, verify that other charges that you intend to post are not inadvertently reversed.

Fixed issues with desktop utility invoice processing that were preventing invoices from being added to Vantaca after upload.

The corrections ensure that scanned invoices uploaded through the desktop utility are properly imported into Vantaca's invoice workflow.

Fixed an issue where import errors for Admin Billing charges were not properly displayed to users during the import process.

Previously, users were not receiving proper feedback when admin billing imports contained invalid data, such as charges that couldn't be matched to existing contract configurations. The system now provides comprehensive error logging and validation to help identify and resolve import issues more effectively.

• Import validation now properly detects and logs errors for invalid charges.
• Error messages now include detailed information about why charges failed to import, such as:

  • Association not found by association code

  • Association service not found by association ID

  • Service contract not found by service ID

  • Invalid amounts (≤ 0) or quantities (0)

  • Missing or invalid rate configurations

• Error logs include import date, import ID, and detailed error descriptions for support team review.

Fixed an issue where third-party coupon generation was ignoring coupon start dates when multiple charges were queued, causing duplicate charges.

The system now properly respects the coupon start date even when there are multiple upcoming charges that haven't been posted yet.

• Third-party coupon generation now correctly follows the start date regardless of the number of queued charges.
• Eliminates duplicate charge generation in coupon files.

Fixed an issue where message details intermittently required multiple refreshes to load email event history data.

Email event history now loads properly on the first view without requiring page refreshes.

Fixed an issue where the AP Aging by Fund report was displaying paid invoices due to not properly recognizing multiple reclasses.

The report now correctly excludes invoices that have been fully paid, even when multiple reclasses and voids have occurred.

Fixed the column alignment in the Assessment Rules Edit Modal where the Tag column was extended causing other columns to be misaligned.

Table columns now maintain proper alignment and spacing for better readability and usability.
