New Association Analytics Tool: Action Item Aging
Use the Action Item Aging tool to track the age of action items in your associations. This tool displays how long action items have been open (broken down by time categories) and allows you to drill-down to view details like type, step, and role. You can filter by action type and/or age to focus on a specific type or see when items were created or last updated.
You can use this tool to identify problem areas, such as:
Note: Different action types have different expected resolution timeframes. For example, collections-related items may naturally take longer to resolve than routine maintenance requests.
- High numbers in longer time categories (30+ days) may indicate workflow bottlenecks.
- Associations with consistently high counts across multiple time categories may need attention.
- Specific action types that consistently age out may indicate process issues.
Make sure to regularly monitor the tool to identify trends and compare similar associations to identify best practices.

For details about how to set up and use this tool, see the Action Item Aging section of the "Vantaca IQ - Analytics" article.

Description |
Admin Contract Validation Enhancement |
Enhanced the Admin Fee Contract editing interface with comprehensive validation and visual error indicators for the Charges & Payments and Action Items tabs. The system now displays alert icons at multiple levels when validation errors are detected.
When attempting to save a contract with validation errors, the system displays "Fix items with alerts before saving changes" and blocks the save operation until all issues are resolved. Alert icons are automatically cleared when errors are fixed and revalidation occurs in real-time as changes are made.
This enhancement ensures data integrity and prevents incomplete contracts from being saved, particularly important when working with templates or migrated data.

For more information, see the "Revenue Manager: Contracts and Templates" article

Enhanced Number Formatting |
Revenue Manager added comma separators to dollar amounts to improve the readability of pending and posted amounts throughout the interface.
This provides consistent formatting across all financial displays and makes large dollar amounts easier to read and interpret.

Revenue Manager Column Alignment |
Improved the visual presentation of Revenue Manager by right-aligning number and currency columns throughout the interface.
