Board Approvals per Bank Account |
Added the Number of Board Approvals field on the Association > Bank Accounts > Edit Bank Account screen so you can set the number of board approvers required per bank account.
When Require Board Approval is selected, the Number of Board Approvals field displays and defaults to the association settings, but you can override this setting up to a maximum of nine approvers. This allows for more efficient invoice processing while maintaining appropriate approval controls. For example, for clients who need two board approvals for non-operating accounts and one for operating accounts.
See the following articles for more information about this screen:
|
New Merge Tag - Next Assessment Breakdown |
Added the Next Assessment Breakdown merge tag that displays the following upcoming assessment details:
This helps homeowners better understand their future financial obligations. Multiple upcoming assessments are included if applicable.
For more information about merge tags, see the "Merge Tags" article.
|
Financial Overview Report- New Setting |
Added a new Association > Settings > Financial Overview Report Variances setting called Exclude MTD Variances.

You can select from the following options:
- None
- Favorable
- Unfavorable
- Both
This setting allows users to automatically exclude favorable MTD variances on the Financial Overview Report without having to manually deselect them each month, streamlining the reporting process.
When set to Favorable, GL entries with favorable MTD variances are unselected by default but still available for selection on the page. Month-specific overrides are still supported when users make manual selections.
For more information about settings and the Financial Overview report, see the "Association Settings" article.

Too Many Failed to Send Email Notifications |
A new option has been added to reduce unnecessary "Failed To Send - No Email" notifications. Previously, these notifications were sent automatically whenever email delivery failed due to missing recipient email addresses (for example, when a role has no associated email address).
Failed To Send - No Email notifications are now disabled by default for all action types and you can enable them on a per-action-type basis by selecting the new Enable No Email Alerts option on the Create/Edit Action Type screens.

Action item notes continue to display on the action item.
An optional column has also been added to the Settings > Action Types/Steps grid called: Enable No Email Alerts. This column:
- Displays a checkmark if enabled. Users receive notifications when email delivery fails due to missing recipient email addresses.
- Displays an X if not (disabled by default). Notifications for email delivery failures will not be processed by Send To Action Step Rule logic or user preferences.
- Also appears on the Copy Action Item modal.
For more information, see the "Adding a New Action Type" article.
|
Dashboard Continue Anyway Button |
Fixed an issue so that when you select an item from My Action Items and it is already assigned, the Continue Anyway button now works correctly and takes users to the selected action item.
The Take Me to Another Item button continues to navigate to the next appropriate action item.

|
Changed SSN/EIN Activity Note Created when Homeowner Name is Edited |
Fixed an issue where homeowner activity notes incorrectly displayed "Changed SSN/EIN" entries when only the homeowner's name was edited. Activity notes now accurately reflect only the fields that were modified. |
Home Portal - Remove Vote from Board Actions Page when Voting is Enabled |
Fixed an issue where Approve/Decline buttons incorrectly appeared on the Board Actions page for ARC requests when voting was enabled for the association.
Now, only users with board access will see the appropriate vote buttons on ARC requests, preventing bypass of the voting process.
|
Balance Sheet PDF Margins |
Fixed an issue where Balance Sheet (Multi Col) (w/Codes) reports were spanning across multiple pages when exported to PDF.
Reports now maintain proper sizing and margins, ensuring all content appears on a single page for improved readability.

Admin Billing Export - Enhanced Grid Summary |
Enhanced the Admin Fees Grid Summary export functionality to capture complete association data including both parent and child rows.
Previously, this export only captured parent rows when clients generated or posted multiple times throughout the month, missing detailed information from child rows.
The enhanced export now includes:
- Both master rows (parent) and detail rows (drilldown/child).
- Child rows display Posted Amount, Invoice Detail, and Posted Date information in the proper columns.
- Detail rows display Association Code, Association Name, Generation Method, and Provider Name from the master row.
The Excel file now matches the number of master rows plus detail rows for complete visibility.
Users now receive comprehensive billing data visibility in Excel exports, including all association details that were previously only visible through manual drill-down actions and ensuring all posted charges and invoice details are captured regardless of posting frequency.
For more information, see the "Revenue Manager: Billing" article.
|
Voided Admin Billing Invoices |
Enhanced the admin billing invoice voiding process to allow charges from voided invoices to be re-billed.
The system now:
- Removes owner ledger records when an invoice is voided, allowing charges to be re-posted.
- Supports re-billing of charges that were originally included in the voided invoice.
For external charges on voided invoices, users can reverse the original import and re-import the charges to make them available for billing again. Note that reversing an import affects all non-posted external charges from that import batch.
For more information, see the "Revenue Manager: Billing" article.

Service Provider Phone/Fax Number Format Preservation |
Fixed an issue where importing a service provider with phone or fax contact information from CMP into Revenue Manager using the Add Existing Provider functionality corrupted the phone/fax number format in CMP.
The system now properly preserves the original phone and fax number formatting in CMP when Service Providers are imported into Revenue Manager, maintaining data integrity across both platforms.
|
Admin Billing Import - Invalid Charge Validation Errors Not Displaying |
Fixed an issue where users were not receiving error notifications when importing admin billing charges that contained invalid data. The system now:
- Logs detailed error information for both import by amount and import by quantity scenarios.
- Captures import failures and displays this to the user
This enhancement ensures users can identify and resolve import issues and prevents incomplete imports from going unnoticed.
For example, if imported external charges don't match charge types configured in an association's admin contract, users can now identify these mismatches.

For more information about import errors, see the Reviewing Your Import section of the "Import Basics" article and the "Revenue Manager: Billing" article.
