| Action Step Tracking in System Activity Notes | Added tracking for all Action Step modifications in the System Activity Notes. The system now records when steps are created, deleted, or modified, including changes to rules and content accessed through Hamburger menu options. Each note displays the Action Type and Step name for context, with all changes to a single step consolidated into one entry. Different action categories (Collections, Violations, etc.) track field changes specific to their functionality. For more information, see "System Activity Notes" article. |
| Enhanced Action Type Change Tracking in System Activity Notes | Updated the System Activity Notes to display only fields that were actually modified when Action Types are changed, rather than showing all fields regardless of whether they changed. The notes now clearly identify the specific Action Type by name and provide more detailed information for different operations. For more information, see "System Activity Notes" article. |

Action Item Email Notification Settings Default Change Available: August 7, 2025 |
Updated the default setting for action item email notifications to improve the user experience. The Enable No Email Alerts checkbox now defaults to deselected (off) for all action types across all clients. Previously, this setting was enabled by default, which was causing users to receive no email notifications when action items had email suppression enabled. This change affects how action item notifications behave when email delivery is suppressed, ensuring users no longer receive unnecessary no email alert messages unless specifically configured by the client. Approve Invoices Total Count Display Available: August 7, 2025 |
Fixed an issue where the Approve Invoices screen displayed incorrect total counts at the top of the page. The counts shown in tab headers (Ready to Approve, Complete Data Entry, Provider on Hold, and Pre-Paid Review) were displaying the total number of invoices across all associations the user had access to, rather than filtering to match the specific association and permission-based criteria being displayed in the grid. The system now correctly displays counts that match the actual invoices visible in each tab, ensuring proper alignment with user permissions and association filtering. |

Balance Sheet (Funds)(w/Codes) Report Formatting Available: August 7, 2025 |
Fixed formatting issues in the Balance Sheet (Funds)(w/Codes) report to ensure proper page layout and readability when printing. The update corrected spacing problems, resolved line wrapping issues, and fixed header formatting. For associations with 1-5 funds, the report now displays as it did before recent changes. For associations with 5 or more funds, the report automatically switches to landscape orientation and ensures content is not cut off during printing. |

Balance Sheet Formatting Correction Available: August 1, 2025 |
Corrected Balance Sheet report formatting that was incorrectly displaying "Asset1", "Asset2", "Liability1", and "Liability2" labels instead of proper asset and liability category names. The report now displays the correct category labels for cleaner, more professional financial statements. |

Fixed formatting issues in the Balance Sheet (Funds)(w/Codes) report to ensure proper page layout and readability. The update corrected spacing problems, resolved line wrapping issues, and fixed header formatting in multi-column reports. The report now features dynamic formatting that automatically adjusts column widths, text alignment, and font sizes based on the number of funds displayed. |
| Invoice Approval Screen Performance |
Fixed an issue to prevent the invoice approval screen from freezing when loading numerical indicators for the four tabs at the top of the page. Users can now continue to use the approval screen while statistics load in the background, with optimized queries executing in seconds rather than minutes. |
| Added Fund Column to Avid Invoice Import | Added a new Fund column to the Avid Invoices import functionality allowing users to specify which fund each line item should be allocated to. The system validates that the specified fund exists for the association, and defaults to the operating fund if left blank. When an invalid fund is specified, the system displays an error message and allows users to create a translation through the translations tab. You can access the Avid Invoice import from the "Import Templates" article. |
| Late Fee Assessment Fixed for Custom Payment Distribution |
Fixed an issue where homeowners with a Custom Order payment distribution setting were not being properly charged late fees when the Account for Current Month Payment setting was disabled. The system now correctly respects payment distribution settings and properly assesses late fees according to the configured rules, ensuring consistent policy enforcement across all accounts. |
| Refundable Deposit Summary Report Totals |
Fixed an issue in the Refundable Deposit Summary Report where certain transactions, particularly credit adjustments for refundable deposits, were not being displayed. The report now properly shows all deposit activities including charges, adjustments, deposits, returns, and payments. This update ensures the report's totals align correctly with GL Trial Balance data (GL Account 2410), eliminating the need for manual calculations when tracking deposit adjustments. |
| Violation Fine Duplicate Charges | Fixed an issue where violation fines were posting duplicate or triplicate charges to homeowner accounts during violation inspection processing. The problem occurred when violation changes were made in the mobile app during inspections which created multiple pending charge entries without properly removing corresponding entries for deleted action item notes. This resulted in multiple identical fines being charged at the same date and time when inspections were approved. The system now properly manages the ledger queue to prevent orphaned charges from posting to homeowner accounts. |
