Fixed an issue where some Lockbox transactions required manual adjustments before they could be committed.

You'll no longer need to switch between misc deposit and payment classifications to process these items. The system now correctly assigns the proper classification and owner information automatically.

Resolved an issue where homeowner responses were not properly included in notification emails sent to assigned roles.

Previously, the system either sent blank emails or used the step's email template instead of including the homeowner response.

This fix ensures that homeowner responses are correctly incorporated into notification emails, even when the reply method is set to None.

The Invoice Detail column on the Management Fee Billing grid now includes available invoices. Click the PDF icon to open in a new tab. This functionality matches that of the Admin Fee Billing grid.

Added a new export option to the Revenue Manager Billing Admin Fees screen.

When users select Details of Posted Charges from the Export menu, the system downloads an Excel spreadsheet that provides detailed information about posted charges across all associations within the month/year selected.

This export is similar to the Export Summary Details functionality in Management Center, but enhanced with additional fields while maintaining core functionality.

Service provider contacts now use primary contact information (this applies to imported service providers as well).

If the service provider has no primary contact information, no values display on the Edit screen or in the grid. If you add contact details in the Edit screen, the system automatically creates a new primary contact.
