Separate Incoming and Outgoing Credit
Distribution in Subledgers

Vantaca created separate options to isolate incoming and outgoing credit distributions in the subledger.

On the System > Subledgers screen:

The existing Credit Distribution Column was renamed to Isolate Outgoing Credit Distribution.
The following new column was added: Isolate Incoming Credit Distribution.
The system now separates credit distribution functionality in the following ways:

- - - Selected: The credit distribution process does not allow credits to move from the selected subledger.
    - Not selected: The outgoing credit distributions can process for the subledger.

- - Selected: The credit distribution process does not allow credits to move into the selected subledger.
  - Not Selected: The incoming credit distributions can process for the subledger.

Update	Description
Association Notes for Generate Fees Setting Changes	Fixed an issue so when Association > Settings > Generate Fees are set to Yes and Catch Up or No (On Hold), and then you return to Association > Settings and click Use Model, the association note updates to reflect the change correctly.
Tenant Screen All Emails Column	Fixed an issue so the Homeowners> Tenants screen shows the All Emails column.
Prevent Override of Manager Invoice Approval on Invoice Action Items	Fixed an issue so that users without the Service Provider > Approve Invoices > Approve permission cannot approve and decline invoices. When looking at invoice details the Approve/Decline options do not display.
Statement Generation Duplicated Records	Fixed an issue so Homeowner Account statements no longer show duplicate charges.
New Message Emails and Emails to Managers without Email Notification enabled	Fixed an issue so that when a new message is sent to (including Cc and Bcc) a Homeowner, Service Provider, or Board role, the system always sends an external email. Management company roles do not receive an external email if their communication preference for Email is not enabled. They will receive an in-app message (My Messages) only. If they do enable the Email communication preference, they will receive both an in-app message and an external email. Action item step notifications follow the Step Rule Notification/Mail Format.
