The Association > Action Items page displays action items linked directly to an association, rather than to a specific homeowner or vendor. This article explains what displays on this page and where to find action item types that do not appear here.

What Displays on This Page

Navigate to Association > Action Items to view action items linked at the association level. This page only includes action items that are not tied to a specific homeowner or vendor, such as:

• Violations
• Work Orders
• Collections
• ARC Requests
• Other action types created directly at the association level

What Doesn't Display on This Page

Invoices do not display on the Association > Action Items page. Every invoice creates an action item behind the scenes, but invoice-category action items are intentionally excluded from this page. This is by design as invoices have their own dedicated workflow and screens, covered in the following section.

Where to Find Invoices

To view invoice action items, use one of the following pages instead:

• Vendor > Action Items: Displays invoices, work orders, and other action item types for a selected vendor. For more information, see the "Vendor Action Items" article.
• All Action Items and My Action Items: Display every action item type you have access to, including invoices.
• Accounting > Approve Invoices and Accounting > Pay Invoices: Used to process invoices through the accounts payable workflow. For more information, see the "Invoice - Action Item Workflow (Basic)" article.
