Update Description
Updated Profile Page Language to Denote
Timing

When you view the Vantaca Pay Reminder Text field on the Contact Info page in Vantaca Home Portal, the following new message was added to denote text message timing variability:

By selecting Yes above, I consent to enroll in, and receive payment reminder text messages from Vantaca to the mobile number provided. I understand that messages are scheduled for between 9am-8pm EST, but may be sent outside of this range in select instances. I understand that I may unsubscribe anytime by selecting No above. Msg and data rates may apply and Msg frequency varies.
Financial Overview Report Variance Threshold

Increased the variance threshold options for GLs on the Financial Overview Report. The following fields have updated amount options:

  • Variance for GL Income/Expense MTD (Amount)
  • Variance for GL Income/Expense YTD (Amount)

Step Notification Emails Not Sending to
Service Providers
 		Fixed an issue so that step notification emails send
properly to the Service Provider role.
Failed to Send Email Notification Issues Fixed an issue so the Failed to Send email notification
sends appropriately. Fixed in conjunction with the
following issue.
Action Item Step Notification Settings For
Homeowner, Board, and Service Provider Roles

Fixed an issue so action item step notifications follows the Step Notification Settings and uses the New Message send logic when sending to the following roles: Homeowner, Service Provider, and Board member.

Verified that emails do not send to the print queue, but that paper notifications do.
NextGen Email Fails to Send Fixed an issue where NextGen emails were
occasionally failing to send without providing
an error explanation.
Recipients Not Included in Email Reply

Fixed an issue so that the system includes
everyone in the Send To, Bcc, and Cc fields
when a user clicks Reply All on a step message.
Remove Duplicates and Add Note When
Homeowner Email Missing		 Fixed an issue so if an email is listed twice in an
action item message, the duplicate is removed
and if a homeowner does not have an email
address on their account a note provides
information about why that email was not sent.

Scout

Update Description
Enable AI response controls in previous
questions

After Scout provides an answer, it displays the Thumbs
Up and Thumbs Down icons, the Copy icon, and the
View Sources button as appropriate. These icons now
remain when you hover over a previous question in case
you want to revisit an answer.
Vantaca Library Citations

Vantaca Library articles are now available as citations when clicking View Sources.

Delete Previous Chats From History

You can now delete previous chats from your History. After you select Delete from the Ellipses menu, the screen refreshes and the chat is removed.

User Sentiment Response Options

If you click Thumbs Down after a Scout response because you were not happy with the answer, additional response options display that you can click to provide more information and help Scout provide better answers in the future. Options include:

  • Seems made up
  • Not on-topic
  • Couldn't answer
  • Incorrect citation
  • Other

Scout Folder Inheritance and Status

The Association Documents screen accurately reflects the current Scout availability status for all documents, including folders and files available to Scout through inheritance.

The Scout legend on this screen displays a message to indicate that it may take a few minutes to process status changes.

Hyperlink Rendering When Scout returns a response with a hyperlink, it will
include the standard formatting of blue and underlined.
Clicking the link will open the related document in a new
tab/window (depending on user preference).

Express Pay by Text

Vantaca Pay has updated the existing payment
reminder text functionality to add Express Pay
by text so owners can pay their balance
right from the payment reminder text.

Paid Through Date for Unpaid Quarterly
Assessments 		Fixed an API issue for our CondoCerts partner so
the paid-through date is calculated correctly for
