Change UserName to First Name and Last Name

Changed the Settings > Users > New User screen to show a required field for First Name and Last Name instead of one User Name:

• Current users are updated so anything in the username before the space is used as the First Name and anything after the space is used as the Last Name.
• When a user tries to edit this information, they must add the required field.
• When the user only has one name, it is used as the First Name.

You can now use the new Settings > Roles > Service Provider > Board Approval Override on Invoices permission to prevent users from overriding/stepping an invoice in the Board Approval step (Board Decision Required), so invoices go through proper board approval prior to payment.

• If an invoice is in a Board Approval step and a user without the permission enabled tries to override the step they will not be able to.
• If a user does have the permission enabled, they will receive a warning that they are bypassing the Board Approval step.
• The same applies to Bulk Stepping.

For current roles that have the Settings > Roles > Service Provider > Approve Invoices setting enabled, the new permission defaults to enabled for them.

You can now save default Manager and Accounting Notes for the Financial Overview report so you don’t have to manually edit them each month.

Vantaca added the following two new settings under Association > Settings > Financial Overview Report which allow you to edit and save default notes for the Financial Overview screen and report for each month:

• Accounting Note
• Manager Note

Note: Existing fields that had these same names are now called Accounting Note Label and Manager Note Label.

Edit Assessment Rules Screen Columns

IQ administrators can now click Manage Dashboards (available only to them) to reassign shared dashboards to any user with the IQ Admin role or to delete it. New owners have full control to modify and share the dashboard.

Users can now click the name of their dashboard to edit/rename it. The user must own the dashboard and perform this action when on the dashboard (not in the list).

Users can click the new Copy icon, shown after the Scout response, to copy the response to their clipboard.

The format and content will be maintained as users paste the response into an app such as Email, Word, Teams, etc., as well as Vantaca’s Email Template builder and Portal Page Settings > Body Text textboxes.

This is especially useful, for example, if you asked Scout to draft an email.

Vantaca Pay now calculates and returns the Auto-Draft
fee in Vantaca Home. It honors Model association rules as well.

Created the new Settings > Roles > Security > Association > Vantaca Pay Accounts security permission with the following options:

• View
• Add/Update

When users access the Vantaca Pay Accounts page they will see the following depending on the setting of the new Vantaca Pay Accounts security permission:

• Both View and Add/Update enabled: Users will see everything as they do today with all buttons available.
• Only View enabled: Users will see the following differences:
