HOA Mailers Integration
We've added HOA Mailers as a new Print House integration!
- Once the integration has been enabled by Vantaca Support, you'll be able to Print Statements and Coupons that have been sent to HOA Mailers via the Send to Third Party additional action item.

This release allows the HOA Mailers functionality to seamlessly integrate with your existing workflows and enable you to produce and send your billing statement information and coupons natively from Vantaca to HOA Mailers.
Added the ability to Resend homeowner communication emails:
- Users will be able to Resend from the Mailroom > Email Research
- The following email status types will be resendable:
- Note: An email cannot be attempted to be Resent until its first attempt has finished processing and successfully reprocessed.
Being able to resend homeowner communication emails that have experienced an issue will ensure that you can can quickly and effortlessly resolve the problem without having to submit a support ticket.
- Fixed an issue causing the Start Date and Time on the Association > Calendar to be converted to UTC.
Violation Action Item
- Fixed an issue causing an action item letter to regenerate after the action item was edited by a user but not stepped
Admin Billing Report
- Fixed an issue with the Return Pay Fees column being two merged cells instead of only one.
