Vantaca Features
The following additions were made to Association Action Items:

CCR
- Added an Additional ARC Models field to the Association > Settings > CCR > Edit Association Data form.

- Note: Field supports multiple entries.
- Creating New Action Items that are tied to an Association will now only include configured Models as available options in the Action Item's CCR Types.
- Example: Based on the settings in the screenshot above, only two violation/CCR action types would be available in the dropdown, CCR Violation (seen in the screenshot below) and Violation Inspect (Board Approval) option.
- The CCR Model's selected Action Type will now have a Preferred tag on the Action Type dropdown when creating a new Action Item.

Collections

ARC

Impact:
This new feature will give you the ability to filter and limit the action types available for your users not only to make it easier for your users to navigate through your association's relevant and now preferred action types but also to reduce the chance of incorrectly "typed" action items being made.
Financial Summary Troubleshoot Export
Added a Troubleshoot Export to the Home > Financial Summary screen.
- The Troubleshoot button will create an export with the following information:
- GL Group Count: Provides a count of GLs that have a balance but are not in a GL Group or have a balance and are in more than one GL Group.
- AP Age: Provides action item number's negative amounts.
Impact:
This new Troubleshoot Export provides a streamlined view of negative AP and GL count values so that any out-of-balance financials can be easily identified.
Tax IDs
Added the ability to include State Tax ID information when importing new associations through the Conversion process.
- State Tax ID is not required but will be imported if the import’s State Tax ID column contains data.
Impact:
Being able to import the State Tax ID when importing new associations will make the 1099 process for your accountants a little bit easier by having the association's tax info up to date as soon as it's brought into Vantaca.
Logo Management
Impact:
Enhance your homeowner statements by effortlessly configuring and uploading your management company's logo. This simple-to-use feature allows you to apply your logo seamlessly across all your company's statements, imparting a personalized touch to your management services.
Unmerge Process
Increased the amount of time an unmerge can occur from 30 days to 180 days.
- Updated the tooltip with an additional best practices tip, "In some cases the best practice is to do an ownership transfer. Ownership Transfers unmerge the accounts through the process itself. There is no need to do an unmerge prior to ownership transfer."
Impact:
We've extended the time you can unmerge homeowners after assessing the benefits would be had by providing a more flexible timeframe for the historically troubleshooted process.
Vantaca Corrections
GL Trial Balance Report
- Fixed an issue with the Amount total displaying on multiple lines if the amount exceeds 8 digits. Amounts exceeding 99,999,999.
Income Statement
- Fixed an issue with the Income Statement displaying debits in brackets and credits not in brackets as expected.
- Fixed an issue with the Quarterly Income Statement breaking out funds under GLs in error.
1099s
- Fixed an issue with the 1099 Export File failing to generate before alerting the user that valid data had not been selected.
- Fixed an issue with the Nelco file being rejected due to instances with a single decimal point where the 1099 balance ends with a zero. $1000.90 shows as $1000.9.
Bank Register Report
- Fixed an issue with the Bank Register Report not including voided items for a future date despite the items being non-voided for the report date parameters.
Monthly Manager Report
- Fixed an issue with the Monthly Manager Report action item ignoring the configured order of files.
Homeowner Communication Preference
- Fixed an issue with homeowners with the Email Preference email not receiving email communications for associations with the Communication Preference Per Property Login setting enabled.
New Message Preview
- Fixed an issue with the New Message Preview not displaying the correct Communication Summary.
Operating Cash Flow Report
- Fixed an issue with the Operating Cash Flow Report not calculating the percentage correctly in instances where the total is zero.
Action Item Step Menu
- Fixed an issue that required the page to be refreshed to access the Action Item Step Menu more than once.
- Fixed an issue with the Action Item Step Menu not working for all action items after stepping and updating a single action item.
Page Per Page
- Fixed an issue with the Coupon Generator removing the hyphen from the remittance address line 3 for Pay Per Page.
New Bank Account Request
- Fixed an issue with the New Account Request prompting users to enter a value for an unidentifiable form field which would eventually require manual cleanup to resolve.
