Release Notes for Your Org's Personas

Vantaca Features

Tax IDs

Description:

The following enhancements were added for Tax IDs:

  • Added the Association Tax ID Import.
    • Import will include the following columns:
      • AssocCode: Required
      • TaxID: Optional. Accepted formats: ##-###### or ###-##-####
      • StateTaxID: Optional.
    • The Update permission will need to be enabled for the import under Settings > Roles > Import > Association TaxID.
  • Added the State Tax ID field to the Edit/New Association form.
    • Field will support up to 14 characters.

 
Impact:

These latest improvements to Vantaca handling tax ID information will give your accountants piece of mind by being able to easily import and edit their association's state and federal tax ID information.

Income Statement Report

Description:

Added the Income Statement - Groups Only Consolidated Report.
  • Report will display the sum of GL Account activity broken out by GL Group consolidated into the Operating fund. Actual and budget amount comparison of current month and fiscal year to date are also included in the new report.
  • The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financials.

 

Impact:

This variation of the Income Statement is another step that Vantaca has taken to provide you with all of the tools you need to generate and distribute the most relevant data for your association's reporting needs.

 

Vantaca Corrections

New Message Preview

  • Fixed an issue with the New Message Preview not displaying the correct Communication Summary.

Financial Overview Report

  • Fixed a typo on the Financial Overview Report's Total Investments section. Previously known as the Total Invesments section.

Homeowner Communications

  • Fixed an issue with the Electronic Preference, If None Then Paper setting being overwritten by the user's communication preferences and not sending the expected email. 

Rent Charges

  • Fixed an issue causing rent charges to be duplicated on Homeowner Statements upon generation despite having only one applied rent charge.

Financial Overview

  • Fixed an issue with the Financial Overview chart values not matching the report's totals.
