Orphan Email Additional Action
Added Orphan Email as a new Additional Action Item Type to the following Action Item Categories:
Impact:
The process of managing Orphaned Action items was once a tedious and highly manual process. This new additional action will allow your front-line teams to have a more manageable and efficient means of maintaining those once cumbersome Orphaned Action Items.
Logo Management
Added the Logo Management screen via Settings > Logo Management.
Impact:
Being able to add your management company's or your association's logo to third-party statements provides another layer of customizability and improves the professional image you want your management company to exhibit.
Association CCR Items
The ability to use the Edit button has been removed from the ACC/CCR Items - Association Override's Update Permission.
Impact:
This final piece of the CCR Permissions overhaul we've been working on is here and now the only permission your managers should ever need is Update. Each function of the permission was broken out to ensure that no one inadvertently has access to functionality that they don't need, especially if their actions result in tech support intervention in order to resolve.

Action Items
- Fixed the issue that was causing users to be notified of and grant access to Action Items that are not assigned to them.
- Fixed the issue that was not displaying the Step dropdown option to be unresponsive and provide no indication that an error had occurred.
Action Item Step
- Fixed the issue that was causing the Action Item Step to ignore the configured Next Step if Yes/Next Step if No setting and step to the lowest stepID instead.
Amenity Calendar Times
- Fixed the issue causing the Amenity Calendar grid to display the incorrect Start and End Times and set the time four hours earlier to the time that was configured by the user.
User Roles
- Fixed the issue with certain user role permissions not being updated and/or adhered to, resulting in users not having their expected permissions.
Bulk Print Order
- Fixed the issue that was causing the Bulk Print Order process to generate incorrect file names and duplicate file names which would unintentionally overwrite files and the print job be lost.
User Responsibilities
- Fixed the issue that was preventing an End Date from automatically being applied to a deleted user and their role still being billable.
Third-Party Statements
- Fixed the issue with third-party statement generations not generating as expected when a homeowner has the Paper & Email Communication Preference enabled.
Statements
- Fixed the issue that was causing Statement files to duplicate the Address2 field.
AAB New Account Request
- Fixed the issue that was changing the Bank Type Description when attempting to edit the AAB account after the new account request had already been sent.
Auto Recon
- Fixed the issue that was causing AAB's ACH transfer to not auto-reconcile as expected.
