Most of the information and functionality we're now providing could only be performed with support assistance which meant that your workflow was hitting a roadblock that is now more avoidable than ever.
Reconciled Period for Not Live Associations

Impact:
This change to how an action item generates the Bank Account End Period for recently marked Not Live associations will ensure that your accountants have the necessary information available so that they can accurately reconcile and record activity that occurs for those associations no longer under their management.
Vantaca Corrections
Voided Payments
- Fixed the issue causing void messaging to still appear on the Payment description even though a Bank Return was successfully processed on a Payment and the Void Entry had been deleted from the Audit Tab or Bank Register.
General Inquiry From Email Action Type
- Fixed the issue causing an endless loop on the General Inquiry from Email Action Type due to the auto-responder continuing to reply despite receiving five identical emails.
Owner Transfer
- Fixed the issue that was causing the Owner Transfer process to ignore the Include Tenants checkbox.
- Fixed the issue that was occurring during an ownership transfer causing the previous tenant of the previous owner to not have a move-out date automatically applied to it when the Include Tenant(s) checkbox is left unchecked.
Proposed Annual budget
- Fixed the issue that was causing the Proposed Annual Budget to receive an error message for attempting to divide by zero.
