Vantaca IQ Features

Printing Dashboards

Description:

Added the ability to Print each dashboard.

  • A Print button has been added each Dashboard's header:

  • A single print file will be created for the user to Preview before choosing to Print.

Impact:

Being able to print dashboards will allow you to take the power of Vantaca IQ to all your vital stakeholders so that they have access to the same scope of knowledge that you and your IQ users have.

 

Additional Date Ranges

Description:

The following options have been added to the Date Range dropdown:

  • Last 12 Months
  • Last 24 Months

Impact:

We recognized the impact that IQ has had and the ability to now look back two full calendar years will ensure you and your IQ users can assess and track important metrics in the past further out than just 90 days.

 

IQ Sub-Dashboards

Description:

The following sub-dashboards have been added to the Association and Employee IQ dashboards:

  • Listing: This will be the default page when selecting the Association or Employee IQ dashboard.
  • Analytics
Impact:

These new sub-dashboards were added to make navigating between dashboards and analytic performance tools easier and less disruptive to established workflows.

 

Association Financial Delivery

Description:

The Association Financial Delivery performance tool has been added to the Business IQ dashboard. 

  • The tool can be configured to show the status of financial delivery for multiple action types within the Reporting category. It's recommended that all action types being utilized by your business are added to ensure that the tool functions properly.
    • Only action items that meet the configured criteria will be included in the data. 
      • Action items that have reached their configured end step will be counted as Produced.
      • Action items that have not reached their configured end step will be counted as Not Produced.
      • Note: If the association has not kicked off an action item that month for any of the configured action types, they will show up as Not Produced but as a Not Started item.
    • An Opening and Closing Step must be selected to Save.
      • An error message will appear if the user attempts to save without selecting one or both steps, or if attempting to add a duplicate action type.
  • A separate Monthly Date Range dropdown will be available that is only applicable to this performance tool.
      • Note: The Business IQ dashboard's date range selector will not apply to this performance tool.
  • Each section of the Donut Chart can be selected to open a popout of the Produced or Not Produced information.
    • Popout will contain the following columns:
      • XN: Can be clicked to redirect to the Action Item in Vantaca.
      • Association
      • Type
      • Step
      • Status: The Not Started status will only display on the Not Produced popout.
      • Last Activity
      • Days Open
 
Impact:

This performance tool will provide the much-needed ability for you to stay on top of the financial delivery status across all of your management company's associations.

 

Association Activity Comparison

Description:

The Association Activity Comparison performance tool has been added to the Association IQ Analytics dashboard. 

  • Clicking the Compare button will open the Select Association to Compare popout where the association's to display in the graph can be added and removed: 

  • This performance tool will allow you to compare the amount of Action Item activity in the selected date range across user-configured associations for All Action Types or individual ones.

Impact:

The new Association Comparison tool will empower your management company with the ability to easily compare action item activity between associations, allowing you to examine influx and workload. These comparisons will drive the process of measuring profitability in a manner never offered before by Vantaca.

 

Employee Activity Comparison

Description:

The Employee Activity Comparison performance tool has been added to the Employee IQ's Analytics dashboard.

  • Clicking the Compare button will open the Select Employees to Compare popout where the associations to display in the graph can be added and removed:

  • This performance tool will allow you to compare the amount of Action Item activity in the selected date range across user-configured employees for All Action Types.

Impact:

Much like the value gained from the new Employee Comparison tool, this Employee Activity-focused tool will pave the way for you to start the process of measuring profitability by being able to assess performance across an entire association's workforce.

 

Email Summary

Description:

Added the ability for IQ Admins to receive a weekly email summary on Monday with performance metrics about their employees and associations.

  • Note: Users will be able to receive the Email Summary beginning on 7/24/2023.
  • IQ Admin users will automatically be subscribed to the email notifications.
  • If the user's IQ Admin access is removed, they are automatically unsubscribed from the email notifications.
    • Email will send on Monday with the following sections:
  • Business Overview: Metrics and trending percentages for Action Items Created, Open, and Closed
  • Top Performers: Top five employees with the most activity
  • Weekly Leader: Employee with the highest count of action items completed

 
 
Impact:

This email summary will provide a weekly summary for your IQ Admins about the most vital information that Vantaca IQ has gathered in the past week with the convenience of being sent directly to your inbox in an easy to digest format.

 

Vantaca IQ Corrections

Open My Items

  • Fixed the issue with the Open My Items table not accounting for all open items accurately.

Child Action Items

  • Fixed the issue causing child action items to be excluded from IQ metrics, resulting in inflated activity counts.

Activity Trends

  • Fixed the issue with the Employee Activity Trend performance tool not accurately displaying activity on days where activity did occur.
