Update Description
Late Fee Dates in Statement Language Fixed an issue so that when a late fee date
extends past the end of the month, the system
now pulls in the proper late fee date on
third-party statements and in-house.
Collections Action Item Statement Generation Fixed an issue so that generation errors do not
occur when stepping a Collections action item
that sends both a letter and a statement.
Management Fee Invoice Generations
Timeout 		Fixed an issue so Management Fee invoice/report
generations no longer time out.

Update Description
Scout AI Agent Query Folder/File Structure

Updated the Scout AI agent so when users ask questions whose answer is found in multiple documents it can provide it.

Example:

If an association has a Financials folder with a 2024 subfolder that contains 12 files (one for each month) that outlines the costs each month, users could ask "How much did I spend on lawn maintenance in 2024?" and receive an answer.

Scout searches all of the documents in the folder, as they are all relevant, to provide the total.

Board ARC Option in Left Navigation

The Board ARC navigation item is available from the Hamburger menu on the Home Mobile app for board members with the correct permissions.

Board ARC Embedded Page Availability

Board members with the correct permissions can now perform ARC functions using the embedded ARC Management page in the Home mobile app.

endpoint – Association Address

Created a new endpoint: read/associationAddress

This endpoint returns a JSON response that details all active addresses for a given association or all associations, based on the query parameters.
