Invoice Reclass Form

A new form has been made for performing multi-line invoice reclasses in one step, eliminating reclassing one GL at a time. It also enables viewing/editing previous reclasses. Available in Service Provider > Invoices and Accounting > Bank Register.

Overpaying Invoices Protection

If a payment exceeds the (remaining) invoice amount, the payment screen now blocks the ability to pay.

“Out” Button

Clicking the Out button in Settings > Users gives a popup where you can enter the dates when that user is out and select another user to whom all the Out user’s responsibilities will be assigned for that period.

Tenant Lease Date Columns

The Homeowner List has two new available columns, displaying Tenants’ Lease Start and End dates.

Late Date and Fee on In-House Coupons

In-House Coupons now have the Late Date and Late Fee amount on them.

“My Login” in Portal “Payments Only” Mode

Portals that are set to “Payments Only” now also have the “My Login” section.

 Non-Integers in Check Numbers

All reports can now handle check numbers that contain alphanumerical or special characters.

Reports

Two new Vendor Usage Reports show invoices and other open Action Items for Service Providers per Association. “AR Aging (No Credit Balances)” is similar to AR Aging but excludes credit balances.

Bugfixes

Tags now automatically change when Additional Info groups/fields are changed; Tags added for Homeowner Mailing Address; Columns and Tags that got dropped last release are back; Excel Exports display Business Name only once; Associations associated with Portfolios are checked in Settings > Responsibilities; “Unmatched” tab in imports saves again; “Reply Method is Required” error no longer pops up when it shouldn’t; Lot # in HO List sorts better; HO List columns Blocked and Collection Provider now work correctly; RevoPay auto reconciliation improvements; Assessments correctly display Specified Value and Monthly recurrences; “Undefined” error in bank transfers is fixed; Misc Deposits can change Cash account GLs and GLs are displayed fully; Board Violations page in Portal queries faster; copying Assessments with Rules now copies the Rule Description; Income Statement and GL Trial Balance sub-reports are fixed.
