GL Entry Attachments

The GL Entry screen now allows for attachments.

Post Item Changes

The Post Item function has been split into Post Deposit and Post Expense functions. Post Deposit will now allow for an attachment and multiple GL codes, as well as Fund selection. Post Expense will create an invoice Action Item and can be linked to a contract.

Contracts

The Service Contracts screen has been updated to segment the various functions of a contract. New Auto-Posting options are available to allow the invoice to be created “On Reconciliation” which is when a bank transaction is posted through an integrated bank connection.

Grid Save Settings

Several screens now have the option to save the grid settings, like in the Homeowner List screen. Saving can be done by clicking the cog in the top right of the screen and choosing one of the options.

All Action Items Screen

Screen All Action Items has several new available columns. In columns “Description” and “Last Note”, if there are too many contents for the field, clicking on them will display the full text.

Address in Provider Header

The Service Provider landing page now shows more information in the header. All information is in hyperlinks like in the Homeowner landing page.

Step & Edit in Action Item Landing Page

In the Action Item landing page, there are now buttons to Edit and Step the Action Item.

Print Queue: Created Date

Screen Mailroom > Print Queue now has a Created Date column.

Reports

Work Order Summary lists the Provider; Daily Bank Unreconciled Items can now deal with non-integer characters; Coupon Book includes Mailing Address. The new Lease report displays Tenant lease info.

Association Settings Thresholds

In screen Association > Settings, several thresholds are now open ended instead of a selection list.

Service Provider Action Types

A Service Provider can be included in more Action Type Categories. To allow a Service Provider to be associated with an action item, configure the item to have Service Provider as a default follower.

Bugfixes

Statement popup in Reconciliation screen now only displays month and year; Securities around popups has been enhanced; Several small issues with Provider not sticking have been solved; Word Template Manager now refreshes the Print Settings when a letter is selected; Account link on Action Item landing pages directs to Homeowner; Primary Phone field in Create Homeowner popup is made wide enough for the whole number; Tag “Mailing Address 1” now includes street number.
