- The button will lead to the payment portal.
- This feature will affect both Modern and Classic Portal.
- Each banking partner will have its own settings.
- Individual settings may vary based on each banking integration.
- In Association > Portal Pages, the Credit Card Payment page needs to be enabled.
- Note: If this page is not enabled, there will be no credit card options available on the Portal page.
- The field will be editable from Settings > Association Settings > [Payment Integration] Payment Label.
Impact:
Before this release, your Credit Card button simply said, “Credit Card” which caused confusion in homeowners because “Credit Card” was being used to encapsulate a broad range of functions. This new feature will allow you to enter custom text so the button can say whatever you need it to say to best inform and guide your homeowners to your payment portal of choice.

Modern Portal Page Content
Description:
The following changes have been made to Portal pages and their Default Content:
-
- Portal pages will now display the default body content in the Edit Body Content
- The following changes have been made to the Reset Default Text button:
- The button will function dynamically and either hide or be displayed depending on if the portal page has default content or not.
- The button will not display in the Edit Body Content section for portal pages that don’t contain default content.
- The button will display in both Association and Global Portal pages for the Portal pages and Content section that contains default language.
- Selecting the button will cause all content in that section to clear and populate with the default text for that Portal page and section.
- Selecting Update will cause the context in the Content section to display the default language.
- Selecting Cancel will not save the content and the body content will revert to its previous state, before selecting Reset Default Text.
Impact:
Being able to customize your Modern Portal landing page is now easier than ever with this update. Each association’s Portal content can be edited as needed. Or, if you’d like to simply revert your Portal’s body content back to its default state, you can just as quickly use the new Reset Default Text button to save you from the previous hassle involving copying and pasting content between portals.
Portal Attachments
Description:
The Paperclip icon () will now only be displayed on Portal pages in the Attachment column if the associated Action Item contains a valid attachment.
Impact:
The paperclip icon was being unintentionally displayed on Action Items that did not contain attachments, but with this release, we’ve eliminated that potential for confusion by ensuring that the icon displays for valid attachments.
Portal Payments
Description:
The following changes have been made to payment types in both Classic and Modern Portal:
- If a payment type is marked as Not Used on the Association > Portal Pages, the payment type option will not be displayed on the Portal.

- Disabling eChecks in System > System Settings will remove the One-Time ECheck and Recurring eCheck buttons from the portal even if the eCheck pages are marked as Active in Association > Portal Pages.
- Disabled portal pages will not disable recurring eCheck payments.
- Only new recurring and one-time payments will be disabled.
Impact:
This new feature will ensure that your homeowners don’t attempt to click on a Portal Payment type that isn’t currently supported, which was redirecting them unsuccessfully when they attempted to use the disabled button.
