• The Export to Excel function will now export the same data as the Download to Excel function when viewing the PDF.

• Resolved the issue involving the lockbox process not functioning as intended due to a lack of check images for the file.

Modern Portal

• The error caused by a recent release resulting in the Modern Portal’s Credit Card button text to display “Union Bank Payment Portal” has been resolved and the button’s text now displays “Credit Card” correctly.

Coupons

• Resolved the error causing generated coupon amounts to populate in the wrong breakout columns if the frequency was monthly and if there was a skipped breakout assessment.

Budget w/ Per Unit Cost Report

• The Budget w/ Per Unit Cost Report will no longer pull the incorrect property/unit count from the homeowner list.
