New Quarterly Reports!

Description:

The following Quarterly reports have been added:

• GL Trial Balance by Fund Quarterly report
  • The report will display the same information as other GL Trial Balance by Fund reports with a quarterly date range.
    • End date will default to last day of last completed month
    • Start date will default to first day of the quarter for the selected end date.
  • The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financials.
• Income Statement by Fund Quarterly
  • The report will display the same information as other Income Statement by Fund reports with a quarterly date range.
    • End date will default to last day of last completed month
    • Start date will default to first day of the quarter for the selected end date.
  • The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financials.

Impact:

You’ll no longer have to modify the date ranges on your GL Trial Balance or Income Statement reports to get your quarterly data! These new report formats will allow you to easily generate your reporting metrics for each quarter.

Vantaca Corrections

Budgets

• Resolved the issue causing the Budget screen to display duplicate rows of GL when the prior year contained duplicates.

Coupons

• The error causing the spacing on In-House Coupons to not be formatted correctly has been resolved.

AR Aging Report

• Corrected the following errors on the AR Aging Report:
  • Charge summary details not matching the total charge count and total charge amounts.
  • Bankruptcy Charge Summary details not populating charge details of the bankruptcy charge defined in the Charge Summary section.
  • Bankruptcy Balance Charge details not being separate for non-Bankruptcy charges.
