Balance Sheet (2 Col) (w/ Codes) Report

Description:

The Balance Sheet (2 Col) (w/ Codes) Report has been added.

• The report will display the same information as the Balance Sheet (2 Col) Report with the addition of GL Codes.
  • The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financial to use.

Impact:

This new report will be beneficial to accountants when they’re researching and reviewing their Balance Sheet now that they we’ve added GL Codes.

• The error causing the Total column on the Balance Sheet (Funds) (w/ Codes) and Balance Sheet (Funds) Reports to display on a separate page has been resolved.

The following items were released since our last major Release via our weekly Maintenance Releases, but we wanted to make sure you didn’t miss any of these Reports!

GL Trial Balance By Fund Quarterly Report

• Added the GL Trial Balance by Fund Quarterly report.
• The report will display the same information as other GL Trial Balance by Fund reports with a quarterly date range.
• End date will default to last day of last completed month.
• Start date will default to first day of the quarter for the selected end date.
• The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financials to use.

Income Statement by Fund Quarterly Report

• Added the Income Statement by Fund Quarterly report.
• The report will display the same information as other Income Statement by Fund reports with a quarterly date range.
• End date will default to last day of last completed month.
• Start date will default to first day of the quarter for the selected end date.
• The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Financials to use.
