Description:

The Open Board Invoices Report has been added.

• The report will display the following information:
  • Invoice Date
  • Invoice No.
  • Balance
  • Total
  • Pay Type
  • Status
  • Due Date
• The report will only pull information from invoices currently in a step with a Decision Required (set to Board Decision).
• The report will need to be enabled under Settings > Roles > Reports > Association to use.

Impact:

This new report will allow your managers to provide board members with a focused list of all outstanding invoices currently in the Board Approval Step. The report will reduce your researching efforts that were previously spent compiling this same list manually.

Homeowner Communication Preferences

• Resolved the error involving the Generate Portal Logins process to unintentionally create a duplicate login and reset the homeowner’s preference without a clear Activity Note.

New Charges

• Resolved the error involving New Charges added using the +New Charge button to not populate a Created Date/Time on the Audit tab of the owner's ledger.
  

Homeowner Activity Notes

• The error causing the author to not be displayed on a New Email Note after creating a new contact email in the Modern Portal has been resolved.
  

Coupon

• Resolved the error causing the Bottom of First Page Coupon Location option to cut off the bottom page of an AP Invoice.

Portal Redirect

• The issue causing the Redirect to Payment and Credit Card Redirect fields to redirect users to Union Bank's Portal on associations with additional bank accounts as operating accounts on the billing page in error has been resolved.
• The Redirect to Payment option will now only create a credit card button that links to Union Bank's website if the association has a Union Bank operating account.

Service Provider Pay Security

• Resolved the error causing users with View permission to the Service Provider > Payment Method page being able to edit the payment method.

Recurring GL Entry

• Recurring GL Entries will no longer allow an end date that is prior to the start date.

Approve Invoices Paperclip

• The error causing the Paperclip icon on the Accounting > Approve Invoices page to disappear after viewing the invoices in a Firefox browser.

Tenant Security

• Resolved the error causing a user with View permission to be able to Edit a Tenant Record.

Print Queue

• Resolved the error causing the Send Welcome Letter step to be duplicated in the Print Queue, resulting in two identical entries.

Letter Template Size

• Increased the file upload size limit from 4 MB to 25 MB.

Service Provider Shortcut

• Selecting a Service Provider's Address as a means of navigating to their Edit Service Provider form will now work as expected.

Duplicate GL Accounts

• The system will no longer allow you to create duplicate GL Accounts by editing an existing GL's code.

Homeowner List Tags

• Resolved the error causing Tags on the Homeowner > Homeowner List grid to not display correctly.

Model Association

• Resolved the error when attempting to copy a Service from the Model Association to all other associations to only copy to associations that are listed before the Model on the Association List.
• The association the service is being copied from will no longer appear in the list of associations to copy to.

Balance Sheet Margins

• The Balance Sheet Funds and Balance Sheet Funds w/ Codes reports will now display with accurate margins.

Board Member Attachments

• Resolved the error preventing Board Members from being able to view attachments in the portal on iPads via Safari.

Import Records

• Resolved the issue involving the Error Count amount not being displayed correctly on the Settings > Import screen.

Income Forecast Report

• The Income Forecast Report will now support up to 12 digits to ensure that amounts don't wrap to the next line.

Budget Report Export

• The error causing the Budget Report Export into Excel causing amounts to be merged in the spreadsheet columns has been corrected.
