Release notes have moved to a PDF format
This change improves consistency and readability across all releases. Each PDF includes a:
- Clickable table of contents for quick navigation
- Color-coded sections by product
- Clear previously/now descriptions for every change

Note that the IQ Dynamic Reporting feature has been removed.
