IQ: Pay Insights
Vantaca Pay customers can now access Pay Insights within Vantaca IQ, which provides transaction-level search and summary analytics for payment data across your portfolio. This gives visibility into revenue share earned through Vantaca Pay, payment trends, and opportunities to increase electronic payment adoption.
Access Pay Insights through Management > Vantaca IQ in CMP, then click Insights > Pay.
Tabs:
- Transaction Search: Real-time search and filtering of individual payments, with a 12-month lookback and saved filter presets.
- Transaction Summary: Aggregated revenue metrics, your Vantaca Pay adoption rate, and the Association Check Payer Index.
Important: Tabs are only available to users with the Vantaca Pay > Pay Insights role security.

Multi-Owner Support in the Manage App
The Vantaca Manage app now fully supports properties with more than two owners. Where the app previously showed only a primary and secondary owner, community managers can now see every owner tied to a unit, with the primary owner clearly marked throughout.
A Multi-Owner badge appears in the unit header whenever a property has more than one owner, and the Owner Info tab now includes a collapsible Multi-Owners section that lists each additional owner with their name, email, and phone number.
The property list displays all owners comma-separated, and global, association, and map search results show the searched owner first, followed by the property's other owners.
This gives managers working in the field a complete picture of who owns a unit. Available on both iOS and Android for associations that use multiple owners.

Bulk Manage: Management Contracts and Contract Terms
Bulk Manage now extends to Management Contracts and to Contract Terms. A new Bulk Manage button on the Management Contracts toolbar opens the same workflow you already use on Admin Contracts, and Bulk Manage now includes a Contract Terms view on both Admin and Management Contracts.
Flat Fees on Management Contracts. Select Flat Fees from the fee type dropdown to view all flat fee line items across your associations in a single table: Association Name, Charge Type, Description, Association Expense GL, Fund, and Amount.
- Edit: Click any highlighted Amount field to update it inline. To apply the same amount to multiple rows at once, select their checkboxes first, then click into any field. Save Changes commits the update across all selected rows.
- Remove: Select one or more rows, click Remove Charges, and confirm in the dialog.
Only the Amount field is editable for management flat fees today.
Contract Terms. Select Contract Terms from Bulk Manage on either Admin or Management Contracts to view contract-level fields for every contract in a single table. Click Edit to update fields inline, then Save Changes to commit your updates across selected rows.
