• CMP: HOAi Chat Configuration Console: Open the HOAi Chat configuration console from the left navigation in CMP, signed in automatically with no separate sign-in.
• CMP: System Defined Invoice Workflow: A built-in invoice workflow in CMP, with an Invoice Setup page where you choose who approves, when approval is required, and who is notified, and with payments tracked until they clear.
• CMP: Invoice Hub: The accounts payable screens in CMP together in one tabbed workspace under Accounting, with their own views for invoices that need attention.
• Vantaca Home: Community Feed: A new way for management companies to share updates, announcements, and community content directly inside Vantaca Home, with posts visible in a resident's left navigation and dashboard.
• Vantaca Home: Offers: A new resident benefit powered by our partnership with PerkSpot that opens a marketplace of exclusive discounts from thousands of national brands, at no cost to residents. Offers is opt-in, and your management company stays in control.
• Vantaca Home Mobile: A Faster App and Board Tools on the Go: A faster, more capable mobile experience for residents and board members, including a rebuilt home screen and a board To-Do List for handling approvals on the go.
