- Vantaca Home: Offers: A new resident benefit powered by our partnership with PerkSpot that opens a marketplace of exclusive discounts from thousands of national brands, at no cost to residents.
- IQ: Community Brief: An auto-generated monthly email report that shows HOA boards what their management company delivered, built from data already in Vantaca and sent after the community manager reviews it.
- Vantaca Home Mobile: A Faster App and Board Tools on the Go: A faster, more capable mobile experience for residents and board members, including a rebuilt home screen and a board To-Do List for handling approvals on the go.
- Vantaca Home: Redesigned Board Invoices and Board Tasks: Clickable rows with a side panel, on-row Approve/Decline/Send Message, a calendar date picker, a Go to Page control, and clearer status badges.

Revenue Manager: Bulk Manage: Add Fees
Revenue Manager's Bulk Manage now supports adding new charges in bulk, not just updating and removing them. Use Bulk Add to create a new Action Item, External Charge, Flat Fee, or Ledger Activity charge across many associations at once, instead of adding it to each contract individually. Bulk Add is available on the Admin Contracts Bulk Manage page.
Select a Model Association to source the GL accounts and billable charges for the rest of the form, fill in the charge details, then choose which associations to add the charge to. If an association has more than one active or pending Admin contract for that charge type, it now appears once per contract, so you choose exactly which contract gets the new charge instead of leaving it to chance.
Each selected association lands on a review table you can still edit per row (GL account, rate, minimum, and maximum) before submitting. Charges post immediately once you click Bulk Add Charges. If any rows fail, a warning icon shows what to fix, and successful rows aren't resubmitted when you retry.
On Bulk Add > Ledger Activity specifically, if a step is missing both a billable charge and a GL code, both errors now show at once instead of one at a time across two separate submit attempts.

Fallback check-payer enrollment now matches the one-click Turn On AutoPay experience When a homeowner's mailed check can't be matched to trigger one-click enrollment, the fallback screen they land on now looks and works like the successful one-click Turn On AutoPay flow. It opens with Card pre-selected and ready to go (there's no bank account to pre-fill from an unmatched check), drops the separate "Done" confirmation step when a saved payment method is already on file, and follows the same $0/negative-balance rules as one-click Ready. A homeowner who already enrolled outside this flow now sees that they're already enrolled instead of being asked to enroll again. |
Homeowners whose check couldn't be matched automatically still get the same fast, guided AutoPay enrollment as those who could, instead of a separate, older-feeling fallback screen. |

Financial Summary duplicate period rows Financial Summary now shows one row per fiscal period. Refreshing a period's financial data updates that period's existing row instead of adding a second one. |
You can rely on Financial Summary as a single source of truth for each period, without reconciling duplicate beginning-of-month and end-of-month rows after a refresh. |

ARC request forms now respect the association's Submit ARC Request setting The Home portal's New Request form picker now checks whether an association's Submit ARC Request portal page is enabled before offering ARC/Architectural Request forms, instead of showing them regardless of that setting. |
Homeowners on associations that don't process architectural requests no longer see an ARC form they can submit, and management companies can rely on the portal-page setting instead of removing ARC forms company-wide. |
