The following improvements are planned for an upcoming release.
Important: This is an early look, so please note that some items may be added, removed, or modified before the official release.
Vantaca Home: Community Feed
Vantaca Home is getting Community Feed, a new way for management companies to share updates, announcements, and community content directly inside Vantaca Home. Once turned on for an association, community managers can make posts from CMP, and residents will see the feed accessible from a new option in their left navigation and in the Recent Posts section on their dashboard.
Vantaca's content agents can also generate posts automatically, such as seasonal reminders, community events, and more. These agent posts carry a Verified Safe badge, and management companies control which agents run, how often they post, and the brand voice they write with.
Community Feed gives residents a steady stream of relevant, on-brand community content, and gives management companies an easy way to keep residents informed without extra effort.

Vantaca Home: Offers
Vantaca Home is getting Offers, a new resident benefit powered by our partnership with PerkSpot. An Offers option in the Home left navigation (and the side menu in the Home mobile app) opens a marketplace of exclusive discounts from thousands of national brands, at no cost to residents.
Every signed-in resident sees Offers, with nothing to set up. The Offers page opens with a selection of featured deals right inside Home, and an Explore more deals link opens the full PerkSpot marketplace. Selecting a deal opens PerkSpot in a new tab where the resident is signed in automatically through single sign-on, copies a promo code, and redeems with the retailer. Deals become more relevant over time based on what each resident browses, and the management company's branding carries into the PerkSpot experience.
Offers gives residents a positive, no-cost perk from their community and reflects well on the management company providing it.

IQ: Community Brief
Management companies do an enormous amount of work for HOA boards every month, but they have never had a simple way to show boards what they actually delivered. The Community Brief solves that. It is an email report, built automatically from data already in Vantaca, that summarizes the month for your board: dues collected, bills paid, questions and requests handled, inspections completed, community standards issues resolved, and more.
Vantaca assembles the report, writes a short plain-language summary of how the month went, and applies your company's logo and colors so it looks like it came from you. The community manager opens the draft, reviews it, makes any edits, and finalizes it. There are no spreadsheets to build and nothing to configure to get started. Every report follows the same clean, board-friendly layout, with all industry jargon translated into plain language any board member can understand at a glance.

Vantaca Home Mobile: A Faster App and Board Tools on the Go
The Vantaca Home mobile app is getting a faster, more capable experience for both residents and board members. The home screen has been rebuilt to open right away and fill in your account details as they load. The dashboard shows the same cards residents know from the web portal, including Request Summary, Payments, Recent Transactions, and Inbox.
Board members can now handle their core community duties from their phone. The To-Do List brings request approvals together in one place, and board members can review and act on architectural requests, work orders, violations, invoices, collections, inspections, and more, all from the app.

Forms: Build and Manage Custom Portal Forms
Administrators will soon be able to create and manage custom portal forms in CMP using a new drag-and-drop Form Management screen. The builder supports text, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, phone numbers, addresses, and file uploads, plus dynamic fields that pull homeowner-specific information such as property and area of work directly into the form.
Three starter templates (ARC, General Request, and Service Request) are available out of the box, and you can create multiple forms within the same category, for example, separate ARC forms for fences, paint, and structural changes.
Forms are also getting more flexible about who sees them. Instead of building only one global version of a form, you will be able to scope a form to specific associations, for example, a stricter ARC form for one master association, while every other association keeps using the global default automatically.

Vantaca Home: Landing Page Designer
Management companies will soon be able to design the pre-login landing page for Vantaca Home using a visual drag-and-drop editor, no HTML or web design skills required. This new feature gives superusers a way to build professionally branded landing pages for every association in minutes, and replaces the legacy HTML editor.
Manage all of your landing pages from a single table that shows each page name, type, and live status at a glance. Save work as a draft while you iterate, and publish when you are ready. Only one landing page can be live at a time, which keeps the first impression clean and intentional.

Vantaca Pay: Check to Digital
Vantaca Pay now offers a 1-click conversion experience for homeowners who currently mail in checks. With the homeowner's authorization, Vantaca uses the bank account from their most recent check payment to pre-fill the AutoPay enrollment screen, so the homeowner can switch to digital payments without re-entering their bank information.
From there, homeowners can choose how to pay:
- Enroll in AutoPay: Set up automatic payments on the account's due date, using the bank account from the check.
- Make a one-time payment: Pay once using the same bank account, without enrolling in AutoPay.
If the homeowner would rather use a different bank account or a credit card, they can switch payment methods on the same screen.

CMP: Block Payments Action Consolidated
The standalone Block Payments additional action is being retired. Blocking payments will be handled by the Block Payments checkbox on the action step. Any action steps that used the additional action are automatically updated to use the checkbox, so there is nothing for you to reconfigure.
Early Access: If your account looks different from what's shown here, don't worry! This update is rolling out gradually and will be available to you soon.
