New
Vantaca Home: Landing Page Designer
Vantaca Home now includes the Landing Page Designer, a drag-and-drop editor for building the pre-login page residents see before they sign in, with no HTML or web design skills required. Build a professionally branded landing page in minutes by adjusting layout, images, and content with drag-and-drop blocks, or start from a Vantaca-provided template instead of a blank canvas.
The Landing Pages table (Settings > Portal Pages > Landing Pages) is the home base for managing every page on your site. Create, edit, duplicate, or delete a page, and see at a glance whether it's live, in draft, or set as the default.
Each association has one live landing page at a time. Set a page as the default so it applies to every association that hasn't been individually assigned a different page, or use Manage Associations to assign a specific page to one or more associations, overriding the default for those associations only.

Inspection Review now shows every unstepped update as an Internal Note When an inspector updates a violation (adds a photo, changes a note, updates the required action) without stepping it to a new action step, that update now logs as an Internal Note instead of being left out of the review screen. |
If you see an Internal Note on a violation in Inspection Review, it means the last update to that violation was a note and the violation was not stepped. The violation count on Inspection Review now matches what you see when you click in to review, so every update is accounted for. Nothing changed about how violations step or how letters go out to homeowners. |
