Vantaca Home: Offers: A new resident benefit powered by our partnership with PerkSpot that opens a marketplace of exclusive discounts from thousands of national brands, at no cost to residents.
IQ: Community Brief: An auto-generated monthly email report that shows HOA boards what their management company delivered, built from data already in Vantaca and sent after the community manager reviews it.
Vantaca Home Mobile: A Faster App and Board Tools on the Go: A faster, more capable mobile experience for residents and board members, including a rebuilt home screen and a board To-Do List for handling approvals on the go.
Forms: Build and Manage Custom Portal Forms: A new drag-and-drop Form Management screen in CMP for building and managing custom portal forms, with starter templates for ARC, General Request, and Service Request.
Vantaca Home: Landing Page Designer: A drag-and-drop editor for designing the pre-login landing page in Vantaca Home, with no HTML or web design skills required.
Vantaca Pay: Check to Digital: Vantaca scans the bank account details from a homeowner's most recent check (with their authorization), so they can convert to recurring ACH or make a one-time digital payment from Pay Now in a single click.
CMP: Block Payments Action Consolidated: The standalone Block Payments additional action is being retired in favor of the Block Payments checkbox on the action step, with no reconfiguration needed.
