Added a new for link Action Item Notes after identifying recent storage concerns involving Action Item Notes:

• In Vantaca, Action Item Notes will contain a Formatted Note link which will show the message with its intended HTML styling along with any images: Note: The email link functionality remains the same.
  
• In both Portal versions, the Action Item Notes will now have a Formatted Note link which will show the message with its intended HTML styling along with any images:
  
  
  

Impact:

This new feature not only allows you to view the intended formatting of your Action Item Notes but it also serves as a means of boosting system performance in system areas where Action Item Notes are prevalent!
